Model 11036 is ideal for measuring food temperatures during cooking, holding and storage. It features a min/max memory which continuously records lowest and highest temperatures.

The Digital Lollipop Min/Max Thermometer (model 11048) is a waterproof thermometer with an 8 inch sharp tip probe. With a temperature range of -58°F to 392°F (-50°C to 200°C), this thermometer is ideal for measuring liquids with very high temperatures such as oils. The thermometer features a min/max reading memory which continuously records the minimum and maximum temperatures unit the thermometer shuts off or resets. The Digital Lollipop Min/Max Model 11048 has RoHS and CE Mark certification and can be field calibrated.

The Temperature/Humidity/Dew Point Circular Chart Recorder uses a red pen to track temperature and a blue pen to track humidity, permanently recording these measurements on a 6-inch (165mm) diameter paper chart. Power is supplied to the temperature recorder through a 110V AC 50/60 Hz plug-in adapter for Model 14013 and a 220V AC adapter for Model 14014. External power may be supplied from any 12V DC source such as automotive, marine or other battery.

The Circular Temperature Chart Recorder’s external stainless steel probe allows you to measure the temperature of air, gas, liquids and semi-solids. The temperature chart recorder has a quartz clock movement, motorized chart advance and temperature accuracy of ±2°F (±1°C). The chart recorder comes in °F or °C models and runs on 120V or 220V AC, 50/60 Hz. A rear compartment houses 8 AA alkaline batteries, providing up to 48 hours of continuous recording in the event of a temporary power loss.

The High Temp Stainless Steel Data Logger is a rugged, high precision unit that requires minimal maintenance. It is easy to program, install and download. The non-volatile memory stores up to 32,700 data points, making it ideal for long term field deployment.

The FlashLink VU logger allows for access to temperature history data without having to stop the unit or download the data. DeltaTrak`s patented Shadow Log™ feature guarantees temperature history data even if the operator fails to start the logger. The single-use FlashLink^® VU temperature logger is packaged in a highly visible yellow sleeve with easy to follow instructions and helps the receiver locate the logger very quickly.

The FlashLink In-Transit BLE Loggers is a PDF logger with enhanced BLE capabilities and communications. The logger is ideal for wirelessly monitoring temperature of perishables as they travel through the cold chain, from produce to prepared foods, to chemicals and pharmaceuticals. Data is downloaded from the BLE Logger using a smart phone app. The mobile device uploads information to a web application where it can be viewed remotely.

Our next generation plug-and-play logger has the added benefit of Shadow Log® technology, guaranteeing that receivers always get trip data, even if a shipper forgets to start the unit. This compact, single-use temperature recorder has a built-in USB connector and on-board software, making it ideal for export shipments.

The WarmMark Time-Temperature indicators can be used to monitor temperature of products during shipping, storage or processing. Response temperatures available range from 0°F (-18°C) up to 99°F (37°C).

TempDot Plus time-temperature indicator labels can be conveniently placed on outer cartons, secondary shipping boxes, or product packaging to continuously track temperature conditions at the pallet level, on single cartons, or individual units. Shipments can be monitored from suppliers and manufacturers, through distribution centers, wholesalers, and during the last mile down to end users. Upon arrival, receivers can use the labels’ visual indication of accumulated temperature abuse as a tool to make immediate decisions regarding whether to reject or accept a shipment, and end users can decide whether to use or discard a product.
