DEMA’s TITAN II range of warewash dispensers was developed to reduce the number of service calls and create a more profitable installation at all types of warewash accounts. The unit can be set up in concentration, probeless or auto aswitchover mode depending on the installation requirements. If set up in auto switchover mode, the unit will automatically switch over to probeless mode if any of the following conditions are met:

Aurora Laundry Dispenser is the newest generation in Laundry dispensing technology from DEMA. Aurora enters the “smart device” connection and control era with a forward thinking program using Bluetooth technology for iPhone, iPad, Android devices and PC integration. Use your smart device to write and store programs, get service reports and access data from the Aurora Pro-Access interface module. The Pro-Access controls up to 8 pump stands and locally stores programs, wash data, service notes and reminders. Aurora blends smart device capable technology with the best features of DEMA’s legacy dispensers such as quick change pumps and durable pump gear motors.

The Dilution at Hand (DAH) Extreme has a sleek design and enhanced color scheme that provides a modern appearance in any housekeeping environment plus multiple features to enhance productivity and dispensing flexibility. DAH Extreme offers the convenience of one-handed bottle filling and point-of-use remote bucket fill activation. Its modular design allows the dispensers to be used with or without locking cabinets and with or without selector valves for the ultimate flexibility from 1 to 8 products or multiple dilutions for 1 plus product.

Blend Safe II is a modular dispensing system with the flexibility to be used with or without locking cabinets and options to dilute 1-8 products with 2 fill rates. The cabinets come with removable drip trays, can be mounted vertically or horizontally and hold bottle sizes up to 5 liters (1.3 gal). Models are available with Action Gap or Air Gap backflow preventers to meet most any plumbing regulation.

MixRite water driven injectors are water powered proportioning pumps that require no electricity and deliver accurate dispensing across varying water pressure and water flow and are ideally suited for in-line injection. MixRites are available in a number of models with injection rates from 0.1% to 10%, different sizes for water flow from .08 gpm (3L per min.) to 110 gpm (415L per min.), and various materials to withstand a multitude of aggressive acids, alkalines and solvents.

500 Series Foam Station, 294DC is a drop station designed to work with the 500 series MixRite pumps. Place the 294DC wherever you need foam cleaning and supply it with compressed air and diluted chemical from any .4-4% 500 series MixRite.

All 500 series MixRites are available in a wall mount spray or cart mount spray & foam system and are designed for water flow to 11 gpm (41 L / min.) and a wide array of chemical and other additives (see 500 Series Pump page). MixRite compressed air foam systems allow any length of hose installed on the outlet of the dispenser. The hose length or foam nozzle have no effect on the foam quality making the MixRite ideal for foaming applications using long runs of hose or pipe.

Normally closed solenoid valves open when the electrical coil is energized. They are ideal for water, air, light oil, noncorrosive and non-explosive liquids. DEMA offers a number of different closed solenoid valves including mini diaphragm, diaphragm, high pressure, pilot-piston, direct acting manifolds and direct acting for special purposes and corrosive liquids. DEMA solenoid valves are constructed to insure long, trouble free life. They employ proven design features for reliable performance on all applications.

Mini diaphragm solenoid valves are available for 1/4-1/2” pipes, have orifices from 1/4-3/8” and are constructed of brass, Celcon, polypropylene or stainless steel. When energized, the plunger is pulled to the top plug, thus opening the small “pilot port” in the center of the diaphragm plate. This releases the pressure on top of the diaphragm allowing incoming pressure to lift it off the large center port. When de-energized, the solenoid plunger is pushed from the top plug by the kick-off spring and closes the pilot port. Fluid passes through the diaphragm bleed hole until pressure is equalized on both sides of the diaphragm to shut off the large port.
