The Tube Cleaning Nozzle for All Tubes. The DERC Runner Nozzle is a rotating tube cleaning nozzle, designed for cleaning heat exchanger tubes. The DERC Runner Nozzle has a maximum working pressure of 1500 bar/ 22K PSI and is available with various nozzle heads to remove hard plugs or scales.

The DERC Runner Nozzle is a tube bundle cleaning nozzle, designed for cleaning heat exchanger tubes. It features a rotating design and effectively removes hard plugs or scales from the tubes. The Runner Nozzle comes in four different sizes, allowing for versatility in tube sizes.

For Safe and Easy Cleaning of Large ID (Drill) Pipes. The DERC Salotech pipe cleaner is the tool for cleaning (drill) pipes with all kind of deposits. Hard cement, drill mud or even NORM cleaning is possible with this tool.

The SLC by DERC Salotech is an unique “speed regulated“ pipe cleaning tool. The speed can easily be adjusted “manually” for the required cleaning job. Slow speeds for plugged pipes with hard residues, and fast speeds for polishing the inner walls of the pipes.

The DERC HYDROBLAST 4+ industrial high pressure hose is specially developed for the high pressure cleaning industry. The hose is capable of working pressures until 1100 bar and is produced with only 4 spiral layers, so a 3/4″ hose is still manageable. The hose has a short bend radius, is light weight and can be used with a water temperature up to +70° C.

For waterblasting we supply SPIR STAR thermoplastic high pressure hoses, strengthened with spiralized high tensile steel. These hoses are available with 2, 4, 6 and 8 layers suitable for working pressures up to 3200 bar. Specially designed for all kind of applications in the water blasting industry makes this complete line of hoses the key for a water blasting success.

DERC RCS Ultra High pressure Swivels are designed to transport high pressure water from a stationary line to a rotating or twisting assembly. Heavy duty bearings, low torque rotation and the rugged design make the RCS-UHS suitable for many applications.

The DERC Abrasive Water Jet Cutting System is designed and manufactured for industrial cold cutting applications with ultra-high pressure water. The system consist of a cold cutting head which is moved over a track (magnetic or optional vacuum) by means of the so called power head. The power head is driven by an air engine and is able to move over the track (straight or curved objects). The same power head drives over the so called pipe bands used for pipe cutting as well.
