Despatch - Dual Airflow System for Emission Abatement

Despatch has introduced a new option, patent-pending Atmosphere Control, Energy Reduction Technology. ACER TechnologyTM features two separate airflow systems that function simultaneously. The first system captures emissions at the point of natural egress from the process chamber, and transports them to abatement through an installed duct and exhaust system. At the same time, the second system introduces pre-heated fresh air into the chamber, through an in-feed system, at the point where the oven naturally draws air from outside the process chamber.

Despatch - Infrared Thermal Diffusion System

Diffusion technology for the industry’s most uniform emitters. The Despatch In-line Diffusion Furnace incorporates advanced infrared thermal technology that provides the tight temperature uniformity needed for increased cell efficiencies. Air is passively preheated as it enters the chamber and lamps on top and bottom along with edge heaters effectively transfer heat to the wafers. Automated drop-down access to the chamber reduces maintenance time and the insulation in the first zones of the furnace is easily removed if it becomes contaminated. The furnace provides advanced profile capability and a fully comprehensive software system.

The Despatch LBB Forced convection benchtop oven features a combination of horizontal and vertical airflow that offers excellent temperature uniformity at a moderate price. It is recommended for a variety of laboratory and production applications including drying, curing, annealing and materials testing. Fast Heat-Up Rates | Powerful open coil heating elements and a forward curved fan deliver faster heat-up rates and short processing times. Precise Digital Controls | Digital controls regulate temperatures within tight tolerances. A 3/4 inch (1.9cm) LED panel displays temperatures in large, bright, easy-to-read numbers. Temperatures can be reported in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. Reliable, Trouble-Free Performance | The LBB is designed and manufactured to provide years of dependable service. The fan and heater are top-mounted to prevent damage from spills.

The high-performance benchtop oven delivers temperatures up to 260 (500). Horizontal Airflow for Ultimate Temperature Uniformity | The LAC uses horizontal recirculating airflow to ensure uniform temperatures throughout the oven. A high-volume fan circulates air through perforated, stainless steel walls to create a constant horizontal airflow across all sections of the oven.

Despatch - Clean Process Benchtop Oven

Despatch's LCC and LCD Clean Process Benchtop Ovens have a stainless steel interior and exterior, rugged, programmable process controls and provide a variety of tailored options for your specific needs. For production environment processes where minimal contamination is essential, the LCC and LCD Series benchtop ovens offer the highest standards in HEPA filtration. Re-circulated airflow is 100% HEPA filtered for operation at ISO Class 5 (Class 100) or better within the oven chamber. Also available in a non-HEPA filter option. Typical applications for these ovens include die-bond curing and other semiconductor packaging processes, depyrogenation, sterilizing and drying for life sciences. The ovens are configured for 220-240 volts, 1 phase, 50-60 Hz. These units are stackable to save valuable floor space and provide maximum ergonomic efficiency for operators. The recirculation motor is mounted at the rear of the oven, providing convenient access and allowing up to three ovens to be stacked on top of one another, while still keeping loading heights ergonomically acceptable.

The RAD/RFD1-42 benchtop oven features horizontal recirculating airflow and exceptional temperature uniformity. The result is proven reliability in demanding production and laboratory applications, such as curing, drying, aging, UL testing and other process-critical applications. This high-performance oven delivers temperatures up to 343 (650) and has a 4.2 cu ft (117 liter) capacity perfect for small parts, small lot sizes or tight space considerations. The RF Class A version of this benchtop oven is specifically designed to meet NFPA 86 requirements for applications that include flammable solvents or large amounts of moisture removal. This Class A oven is complete with a pressure relief panel, purge timer, and exhaust fan. The RFD1-42 Class A oven is a very popular benchtop oven due to its size and capabilities. With its benchtop design and small footprint, it is ideal for small and R&D Class A applications.
