A lot is demanded of DEUTZ engines - to make sure that your engine exceeds expectations throughout its entire lifetime, you should rely exclusively on genuine DEUTZ parts.

In order to best meet the increasing emission regluations regarding the after treatment of exhaust gases, DEUTZ provides maximum efficiency and flexibility. An engine´s exhaust after treatment strategy and components can be individually customized depending on the machine`s application and the engine´s power rating each machine its own profile. By optimizing temperature management, injection and charge air cooling strategy, DEUTZ is able to achieve consistent engine performance and low fuel consumption – which means increased productivity for our customers.

We are serious about our commitment to quality: All customers who register their engine online are eligible for the DEUTZ Lifetime Parts Warranty program. For spare parts bought from and installed by an authorized DEUTZ Partners after 01.01.2021, we will provide an extended warranty up to five years or 5,000 operating hours (whichever comes first).  

Growing demands by OEMs and end customers in terms of performance and fuel consumption as well as strict emission requirements determine the performance features and physical characteristics of modern diesel engines more than ever. Strict emission levels require additional components to be used for exhaust after-treatment. The installation space available in the machine however can not be expanded indefinitely, which can lead to immense challenges and changes on the part of the machine manufacturer. To make sure that highly efficient, fully electronically controlled engine and exhaust after-treatment systems reach their full potential when it comes to performance and efficiency, the entire drive train needs to be optimized.
