Process Skids comprising of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, piping with fitting attachments, valves, pumps, control and recording instruments, flow meters, instrumentation tubing, electricals, insulation, electrical and instrumentation trays, structural frames, approach ladders, platforms etc. are designed, manufactured and offered for FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) before shipping to site. Wherever required cardboard blasting cleaning is offered.

Pressure vessels comprise of reactors, tanks, distillation columns, steam drums, Horton spheres, storage tanks etc.  They could be having internal packings/trays/distributors etc.   depending on process requirements. The come in large variety of materials of construction like CS, LAS, LTCS, SS, duplex SS, nonferrous grades, clad/lined, jacketed, with limpet/internal coils, etc. We manufacture them to any sizes as per customer requirement. All inspection and testing requirements to the applicable code specifications can be met. Higher sizes are possible to be provided by outsourcing like dishing, rolling, PWHT, etc.

Shop Pre-Fabrication of pipe spools is a proven means for reducing field installation costs while providing the highest of quality in the products fabricated. Quality of the work is easier to manage and maintain in a controlled environment. High accuracies on specified tolerances will avoid rework at site. Weather independent fabrication will minimize production delays. Prefabricated Spools are the perfect answer to severe skill and labour shortage. Users do not have to mobilize significant work force for fabrication of spools on site. Manufacturing in mass production, will result in lower manufacturing costs compared with site fabrication. Prefabricated Spools will take lesser fabrication / assembly time, thereby avoiding time and cost overruns. Prefabricated Spools will entail no or little investments in fabrication and testing equipments by users. Radiography, PMI, MPI, Ultrasonic tests, Hydro tests etc. can be performed better and effectively in controlled environments.
