Dickow Pumpen - Single Or Multi-Stage Self-Priming Horizontal Side Channel Pump

Type SC is a single or multi-stage self-priming horizontal side channel pump. In addition to the self-priming side-channel pumps have the advantage due to their high pressure factor, to work at relatively low pressure levels more economical than conventional centrifugal pumps when conveying small flow rates. Due to the axial suction supports and the upstream radial impeller, the Type SC achieves low NPSH values. The steps are sealed against the atmosphere by chambered O-rings. The pump shaft is mounted on the pressure side in a permanently grease lubricated roller bearing. A diffuser is designed as a pressure maintenance stage, so that when switching off the pump still sufficient fluid remains in the pump to allow a smooth start even when operating with geodetic suction height.

Type KMB is a volute casing pump with housing dimensions according to ISO 2858 and simple magnetic coupling. The size selection is limited. The pump has a permanent magnet coupling, and the containment shell hermetically seals the fluid to the outside. The bearing of the pump shaft takes place in a SiC plain bearing. The direct mounting of the drive motor eliminates additional bearings and the mechanical coupling.

Type NCL is a standard chemical pump PN 16 according to ISO 2858. Adapted from the characteristic diagram sizes and the requirements of the operator, it is graded so that the best possible efficiency is achieved. This pump is a single-stage, single-flow volute casing pump in process design, with axial suction port and centered, vertically upwardly pointing discharge port. The axial thrust compensation takes place through relief bores, wear rings are standard on the intake and delivery side. The bearing of the pump shaft takes place in a cylindrical roller bearing and a pair of angular contact ball bearings or bilateral deep groove ball bearings.

The type NCT is a spiral casing submersible pump with shaft seal according to the principle of the two-pipe pump, i. separate shaft guide tube and pressure tube. The hydraulic pump part is arranged in the container or in the pumped medium. The connection is made by a multi-level shaft and pipe string. The bearings of the pump and drive shafts are in plain bearings. The upper drive shaft is fixed by a grease-lubricated double-sided angular contact ball bearing. This allows diving depths of up to 6m.

Type HZ is a single or multi-stage centrifugal pump with shaft seal. To achieve low NPSH values, the suction stand is designed as an inlet spiral and the suction side impeller with an enlarged inlet cross section. The axial thrust compensation takes place through relief boreholes and throttle gaps, wear rings are standard on the suction and pressure sides. The bearing of the pump shaft takes place in a cylindrical ball bearing and a double-sided angular contact ball bearing. The pumps can be operated both in the direction of rotation right and left. The lateral arrangement of the suction nozzle is available as a variant.

Type HZAR is a single or multi-stage centrifugal pump according to API 610, type BB4, with axial suction port. To achieve very low NPSH values, the suction stand is designed with an axial inlet and the suction side impeller with an enlarged inlet cross section. The axial thrust compensation takes place through relief boreholes and throttle gaps, while running and split rings are standard on the intake and delivery side. The bearing of the pump shafts takes place in a cylindrical roller bearing and an angular contact ball bearing pair. Replaceable bearing seals are arranged on both sides. The sealing to the atmosphere is carried out by profiled sealing rings in metal-to-metal design. The seal chamber is designed so that mechanical seals according to API 682 can be installed.

Type GMB is an internal gear pump with magnetic coupling. The pump has only two moving parts, the impeller and the rotor. The pump is always equipped with an easily adjustable safety valve (bypass). The pump has a permanent magnet coupling, and the containment shell hermetically seals the fluid to the outside. An internal circulation current dissipates the heat generated by the eddy current losses. The bearing of the pump shaft takes place in plain bearings. The direct mounting of a drive motor eliminates additional bearings and the mechanical coupling. The position of the nozzle is both angled and opposite possible.

Type GML is an internal gear pump with magnetic coupling. The pump has only two moving parts, the impeller and the rotor. In this case, the feed wheel is taken from the driven rotor. The delivery liquid is drawn into the remaining free space between the tooth flanks of the delivery wheel and the rotor. The crescent-shaped sickle opens up the gaps between impeller and rotor, while the fluid is moved in pressure side. It creates a uniform flow rate without pulsation. The pump is always equipped with an easily adjustable safety valve (bypass). The pump has a permanent magnet coupling, and the containment shell hermetically seals the fluid to the outside.
