Enables maximum sensitivity and minimum background using eluents containing either hydroxide or carbonate. Easy to use and fits to any brand instrument. Designed for analytical columns 3-5 mm ID and flow rates 0.5-2.0 mL/min. Use with ASUREX regenerator for optimum performance, but is also compatible with sulfuric acid regeneration. Not compatible with organic solvents or post-column pressures exceeding 10 bar and to protect against high pressures it is therefore recommended to install a pressure relief valve upstream of the suppressor. Can be fitted to all brands of liquid chromatography equipment (HPLC & IC), and is fully compatible with the discontinued SeQuant SAMS Suppressor by Merck Millipore (P/N 1.50609.0001) and CE 4715 Chemical Suppressor from Cecil Instruments.

Automatic regenerator system providing optimum conditions for XAMS anion membrane suppressor. Its extrernal regeration cartridge holds enough protons for months of unattended operation of the XAMS. The continuously circulated ultra-pure AS1 solution acts as a shuttle, deilvering protons from the AR1 cartridge to the XAMS suppressor, while returning spent eluent cations back to the cartridge for permanent deposition. Includes ASUREX-AR1 cartridge, ASUREX-AS1 solution and all fittings for connecting XAMS suppressor. Delivered with 9V power supply for 100-240V, 50-60Hz, with exchangeable power plugs fitting to all major types of power sockets (A,B,C,E,F,G,H,J,K,L). The EQAX Eluent Bottle maintains the quality of your ion chromatography eluent for a longer time by using carefully selected materials and by preventing ambient carbon dioxide from getting into contact with the eluent during withdrawal. Holds 1 liter of eluent. Eluent filters (2 ea) and EQAX-TC1 Trap Cartridge (2 ea) are included in the delivery. This HDPE plastic eluent bottle fits to any type of liquid chromatography system and enhances the stability and lifetime of your ion chromatography eluents. Contrary to glass bottles, the HDPE material will not release any noticeable amounts of ions into your eluent, thus avoiding increase of background and noise in your conductivity detector. The eluent bottle is equipped with the EQAX-TC1 Trap Cartridge, which removes carbon dioxide from the incoming air, thus preventing contamination of your eluent with carbonate ions. This ensures a stable eluent pH with unaffected elution strength and safeguards against increasing background and noise.
