batchTREAT - pH Neutralization Systems

batchTREAT  pH Adjustment systems are designed to handle a variety of highly acidic and highly alkaline waste streams. Any acidic or alkaline stream generated can be neutralized with a batchTREAT pH adjustment system. The BT125 displayed here is capable of treating flows up to 125 gpm, average flow. This family of pH adjustment systems can handle flows up to 1,000 gpm. Although actual throughput is a function of water chemistry. The pHASE family of pH Adjustment systems all utilize our proprietary "Optimized Batch" pH adjustment technology. These systems are well suited for effluent  flows of highly acidic or highly alkaline effluents, although they can be utilized for effluent chemistries of any nature.

pHASE - Acid Waste Neutralization Systems

pHASE pH Adjustment systems are designed to handle a variety of acidic and alkaline waste streams including concentrated discharges. Any acidic or alkaline stream, of any concentration from any source can be safely and effectively neutralized with a pHASE pH Adjustment system. These are batch pH Adjust systems that handle continuous flows through the use of an influent equalization system which is standard on all of our pHASE pH Adjustment systems.

labTREAT pH Adjustment systems are designed to handle the unique characteristics of laboratory and semi-conductor fab effluent waste streams.. These are continuous flow through pH Adjust systems that handle continuous or batch flows through the use of an influent equalization system which is standard on all of our labTREAT pH Adjustment systems.

labTREAT - pH Neutralization System

The labTREAT family of lab wastes neutralization systems are small, compact, waste neutralization systems designed to neutralize acid and caustic wastewater discharges from any source. The LT05 neutralization system displayed here is the smallest of our labTREAT family of lab wastes neutralization systems and is capable of treating wastewater flows up to 5 GPM continuous and 10 GPM intermittent. With the use of an influent equalization system, which is standard on all of our neutralization systems, periodic flows in excess of 50 GPM can be handled. The labTREAT family of pH systems are well suited to neutralize wastewater streams from any source including pharmaceutical manufacturing, CIP wastes, university laboratories, and science labs.

labTREAT - pH Neutralization System

The labTREAT family of lab wastes neutralization systems are small, compact, waste neutralization systems designed to neutralize acid and caustic wastewater effluent from any source. The LT10 neutralization system displayed here is capable of treating wastewater flows up to 10 GPM continuous and 20 GPM intermittent. With the use of an influent equalization system, which is standard on all of our neutralization systems, periodic flows in excess of 60 GPM can be handled. The labTREAT family of neutralization systems are well suited to neutralize wastewater streams from any source including pharmaceutical manufacturing, CIP wastes, university laboratories, and science labs.

The batchTREAT family of acid neutralization systems are skid mounted / packaged wastewater neutralization systems designed to neutralize acids and bases from any source. The wastewater neutralization system displayed here is capable of treating wastewater flows of up to 250 GPM continuous and 1000 GPM intermittent. With the use of an influent equalization system, which is standard on all of our pH systems, periodic flows in excess of 2000 GPM can be handled. The batchTREAT family of waste water neutralization systems are well suited to neutralize waste water streams from any source including concentrated acids and caustic.

hydroTREAT pH Neutralization systems are specifically designed to handle the wastewater from concrete operations including hydro demolition, truck washing, and any other operation that yields alkaline concrete residues. These are continuous flow through pH Adjust systems that handle continuous or batch flows through the use of an influent equalization system which is standard on all of our hydroTREAT pH Neutralization systems.
