Hose Fittings
Weinhold - Model WE-ER - Hose Fittings
Depending on their design, WE-ER® hose fittings can be used for connecting hoses with hoses as well as for connecting hoses to stations or machinery. They are suitable for compressed air, water and gas applications. A separate hose binding is not required.
Weinhold - Quick-Clamp Couplings for Oxyacetylene Hoses
For connecting hoses or for attaching hoses to devices or machines for oxyacetylene welding. These are an addition to the range of WE-ER® Hose Fittings and are identical in their basic operation. They have been specially designed to meet the requirements of hoses for oxy-fuel welding and are available for oxygen hoses with an internal diameter of 6 mm and acetylene hoses with an internal diameter of 9 mm. They are available as connection couplings - for example with internal or external threads, with a barbed connector and union nut, or as linking couplings for identical hoses. In addition, many other variants are possible.
Weinhold - Steam Union Coupling
The Weinhold steam union has been developed particularly for steam applications, but can of course also be used for other fluids. It typically serves as connection coupling on Weinhold® steam valves or Weinhold® steam pistols and is suitable for temperatures up to 210°C.
Pipe Couplings
Dipl-Ing-K-Weinhold - Model WE-ER - Pipe Coupling
The WE-ER pipe coupling form A consists of 2 coupling parts plus clamp and sealing ring. Depending on execution, pipe coupling parts are either welded onto the pipes (or metal hoses) or screwed on, then fitted into one another for coupling and connected by laying the clamp around.
Weinhold - Model WE-ER - Pipe Coupling for Large Nominal Widths
The WE-ER pipe coupling for large nominal widths is a further development of WE-ER pipe coupling. It serves to connect pipes and hoses of nominal diameters from DN 200 and up to 120 bar. Possible application fields are to be found e.g. in steel mills, chemical plants, plant engineering companies and lignite surface mining.
Weinhold - Model WE-ER - High-Pressure Pipe Coupling
The WE-ER high-pressure pipe coupling form A welded onto face hydraulic or paste pipes provides rapid pipe connections without use of additional tools.
Dipl-Ing-K-Weinhold - Model WE-ER - High-Pressure Screw-Type Pipe Coupling
The WE-ER high-pressure screw-type pipe coupling provides rapid high-pressure pipe connections without use of additional tools. It consists of three major parts: sealing head with perbunan O-ring and union nut and external threaded piece with sealing seat on the inside. Two additional sealing rings protect the whole threaded area against environmental influences.
Valves
Dipl-Ing-K-Weinhold - Compressed Air Valve
The Weinhold compressed air valve is equipped with a pressure release, being automatically activated, when the valve is shut, and releasing quickly due to the specially designed large cross-sectional area. The ball is equipped with O-rings granting high leak-tightness and easy handling. No greasing is required. The long tap lever also allows easy operation.
Dipl-Ing-K-Weinhold - Steam Valve
The Weinhold steam valve is suitable for hot water and wet steam applications, but applicable for other fluids such as air, nitrogen and water as well. The design of the Weinhold® steam valve and numerous variants grant high safety, when working with steam, and multi-purpose applications; customized to diverse customer needs.
Dipl-Ing-K-Weinhold - Steam Valve with Scavenging Function
Functioning, components and connection types of the Weinhold steam valve with scavenging function are nearly identical with that of Weinhold steam valve. In addition there is another function: scavenging and drying of the pressure reverse side. Apart from positions “shut” and “open” the lever can be shifted to a third position: “scavenging”. After shutting the third position can be shifted. The subsequent air scavenging of the pressure reverse side via an additional connection may start. After completion the lever is to be removed to position “shut”. A lever stop protects the valve against unintentional opening and scavenging.
