The SDC 100, with its 220 kW suction power meets the industry’s high demands on efficiency, reliability, ease of use and maintenanc. The SDC 100  is an optimum tool to handle both dry  and wet material. The round tank design provides ex- cellent performance also for liquid material. Designed  to operate as a stand alone vacuum loader for work  with 6” hoses but can equally well operate as a central  vacuum unit connected to a fixed tube system, facilitat - ing multi-inlet cleaning. Truck engine power supply op - timises load capacity as well as economy of operation. 

The SEL suction units meet the high demands from the industry due to it’s efficiency, reli ability, ease of operation and maintenance giving excellent value for money. The SEL Units are complete electrical vacuum loaders that are mounted onto a ro-/ro-frame. Dry material and even liquids can be handled by the units. Together with a fixed pipe  system it can operate as a perfect central vacuum unit for  industrial applications and also operate as an independent  vacuum loader with a 5” hose.

The TD5RR are complete self-supported vacuum units mounted on a roll-on/roll-off frame. Dry material can be handled, and in combination with a fixed pipe network it can be operated either to power a centralised vacuum unit and system for industrial applications, or as independent vacuum unit with its own 6″ hose.

Mounted on forklift sleeves and powered via most 32 amp 3-phase welding sockets, it will go wherever it is needed, and its long flexible hoses means you can access almost anywhere where dust builds up.

DISAB Vacloader P also called industrial vacuum truck,  is driven by the truck’s engine to provide both a compact yet high capacity machine and the highest possible load capacity for a truck-mounted Vacloader.  It is used in all types of industries where the handling (spillage cleaning) of wet or dry material is essential. By using the gearbox in the truck, the split-shaft unit achieves a higher variation in vacuum pump speed. This can help enhance various types of blowing operations, although the truck must remain immobile while the vacuum equipment is being operated.

This vacloader has a modern design to it and an easy to operate control system including a telematic alarm system feature. It has a reduced noise level and its design provides great service accessibility. It has great flexibility for different applications with multiple add-ons available. It is equipped with the excavating boom, DISAB MultiFLEX™, making it possible to excavating deep down in the ground. Its round tank design makes it suitable for wet and dry applications and it’s often used in following industries: contractor equipment, landscaping, municipality etc.
