Disan - Fully Automatic MSW Sorting Plant

These are the plants which sorting is mostly done by the mechanical equipments and optical seperators. In these plants, humans are positioned in quality control and operation. A fully automated sorting plant generally includes scrape crane, bag opener, trommel screen, ballistic seperator, optical seperator, magnetic conveyor, eddy current seperator and baler press. In the design of these plants, factors such as waste characteristics, the recycables which wanted to be sorted, capacity, operational expenses are considered. In light of these information and with the results of a feasibility study, the design is completed.

Disan - Manual Sorting Plants

Disan - P.E.T. Sorting Plant

One of the most sortable materials in packaging wastes are P.E.T.s. To prepare these material for recycling processes they should be sorted according to their colors and features. This sorting process can be done by hand manually or it can be done by optical sensors automatically and it reduces the maintenance costs a lot.

Disan - Preparation Plants

Plants that produce fuel derived from waste often produce material to be used as fuel for cement plants. In such facilities, material from waste sorting or packaging waste sorting facilities first enters to the shredder. The material coming out of the shredder comes to the ballistic separator or air separator in order to separate it as heavy and light and the material is divided into two.While heavy material send to storage,the light material goes to the final crusher and the final product is obtained. Magnetic seperators and magnetic drums are used to remove metals before coming to the final crusher.

Disan - Automatic Paper Sorting Plant

In automatic paper sorting plants, materials which had separated in households, factories, etc… classified according to their dimensions and types. First of all materials is fed to system via a feeding conveyor and material enters the system. After that materials enter to a disc screen with big gaps between discs, cardboards generally separated here. Then disc screen with smaller gaps separates the dirt in the materials. The remaining material goes to optical separator which sorts the material according to customer demand.

Automatic Nylon Film sorting plant is designed to reduce the labor costs and increase the quality level of LDPE film recycling companies. Moreover, thanks to the separation efficiency of the plant, it provides a great advantage even in raw material purchases and reduces costs. Basically, a shredder makes the materials smaller than 300 mm and seperates the adherent material from each other, allowing the processing to be carried out in a later stage, and the shredded material is conveyed to the ballistic separator by a dosing conveyor. The ballistic separator provides the elimination of waste such as dust and soil in the material and ensures the distribution of the material for the next stage.

Hook Lift is a system which allows trucks to upload and download containers and stabilize the containers while truck moves. The system is controlled with electro-pneumatic valves and all these processes can operated with the electric panel in the driving cabin so the driver doesn’t need to leave the cabin. It’s a handy system for collecting open or closed containers. With the hook lift averagely 20 containers can be administered in paper collecting sector. It can bu used for variety of purposes.
