Data Acquisition Systems (DAS)
DTS - Modular Data Acquisition System
The SLICE NANO is a compact, modular data acquisition system engineered for applications requiring integrated signal conditioning, embedding capabilities, and rugged performance. SLICE NANO is optimized for demanding environments where lightweight, durable solutions are needed. It supports a wide range of external sensors, including strain gauges, thermocouples, and piezoelectric sensors, and records data directly to embedded flash memory. The modular design permits scalability, allowing users to combine sensor input layers, achieving up to 24 channels per module and enabling stacks of up to four units. A unique feature is its compatibility with full and half-bridge sensors, and an ability to link multiple systems via Ethernet for extensive, complex experiments.
DTS - Data Acquisition Unit for Aerospace Testing
The SLICE6 AIR is a compact data acquisition unit designed for aerospace applications, offering versatility in deployment for modification and compatibility testing. Measuring just 42 x 42 x 13 mm and weighing 50 grams, it supports universal analog sensors and real-time data streaming. For recording, it achieves up to 400k samples per second across all channels, while streaming supports up to 20k samples per second under IRIG-106 standards. The device incorporates shock resistance up to 500 g and can operate in harsh environments from -40° to 80°C, complying with IP65 and military standards such as MIL-STD-810G and MIL-STD-461G. It provides 16 GB of non-volatile flash memory for data storage and supports precise synchronization through IEEE 1588 PTPv2, IRIG-B122, and GPS/1PPS. The unit is configurable via DTS`s DataPRO software, API support, and LabVIEW.
Data Loggers
DTS - Universal Data Logger
The TSR AIR is a universal data logger with built-in 6DOF (6 degree-of-freedom) for shock and vibration testing. The ultra-small, rugged TSR AIR features real-time streaming making it ideal for shock testing, inertial measurements, vibration modalities and asset tracking.
