Dizayn PPR clean water pipe and its additional parts are made of Polypropylene Random Copolymer raw material  with low melt flow index and high flexibility. Polypropylene raw materials are obtained by polymerization of propylene monomers obtained with distiilation of oil under controlled temperature and pressure. Polypropylen raw materials are known as 3 separate types.

Polyethylene crosslink (PEX) pipes can be used in hot water and cold water lines. Pipes produced from polyethylene raw material does not resist to hot fluids with their normal structures. In the event that their chain structure is converted to crosslink structure, they become high temperature resistant. Their structure is now transformed from reusable thermoplastic structure into thermoset structure which can not be recycled.

Technology of Dizayn Oxy Plus boiler pipes is a three patented system completely developed by Dizayn Group. These pipes are the composit structure of PPR pipes. The pipe consists of two PPR layers with equal wall thickness and aluminum foil between these layers. Located in the middle of wall thickness, sticker on and under aluminum foil, adhesion of foil and PPR layer has been provided. The reasons why aluminum foil pipes are preferred in installations are as follows;
