Tunex HQ is obtained by recycling NBR. Tunex HQ is a eco friendly and fireproof underlay material which is used under the floor covering for impact sound insulation. It can be used in different thicknesses and surface forms as 5-25mm flat, 8/4mm, 17/8mm viol options, depending on the target acoustic performance. With Tunex HQ, the impact sound level (ΔLw) can be reduced between 19 dB and 34 dB, while the airborne sound insulation level (ΔRw) is improved between 2 dB and 10 dB.

Tunex VB is manufacturing by recycling end-of-life tires (ELT). It is an undelayment mattress used under floor, pedestal or device for vibration isolation. It can be used in different thicknesses with 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 40mm or 50mm options depending on the targeted vibration insulation performance.

TUNEX ASB is heavy sound insulation mat used to increase the unit weight of the wall in airborne sound insulation applications. It is manufactured by recycling end-of-life tires (ÖTL). It is used in wall and suspended ceiling applications.

These are the separator rubber bands used to prevent the impact caused by the vibration on the screed from being transmitted from the junction points of the screed and walls and columns.
