We manufacture our conveyor frames to a very high standard featuring high quality stainless steel & aluminium, using a TIG welding process. Using these materials rather than carbon steel provides longer life, and in addition provides the ability to weld and drill to add attachments if needed at a later stage. The basic conveyor is a fantastic handling system; the types of jobs that can be carried out with ease include dosing, jagging, tagging, foot inspection/trimming, udder inspections, tooth inspection, crutching, dressing, scanning, belly clipping and blood sampling.
