Doda’s sludge thickener Rotary Separator is ideal for applications where a high volume of slurry with relatively low solid content needs screening. The rotary screen allows the free liquid fraction to pass through the screen by gravitational forces and conveys the solids and bonded liquids trapped in the screen to the opposite end using an Archimedes style screw. The optional Doda compactor or screw press can be mounted to squeeze out additional liquids from the slurry for up to a 40 percent dry solid consistency.

The AFI Pump is a high-pressure chopper pump which can be mounted on a tractor or connected to a direct power source. Vanadium and manganese alloy chopper blades chop the slurry prior to pumping, allowing for fuel efficient, block free operation. An oil cooling system keeps the gearbox cool even in heavy and prolonged conditions, resulting in the most efficient, low maintenance agricultural pressure pump on the market. ‍Doda’s patented chopping system–consisting of two static and one rotating chopper blade–handles the most challenging solids. Blades are made of a special vanadium and manganese alloy for durability. The waste then passes to the high speed impeller system that utilizes an adjustable pressure plate that chops the waste again. The system is an open impeller system allowing it to handle the most difficult waste.

Super/PTO Chopper Pumps with dual chopping feature assure the waste will be properly chopped—leading to fewer backups in the field. Available in standard lengths of six, eight, 10 and 12 feet with additional lengths upon request and fits 540 or 100 RPM. ‍Pump housing with nodular cast iron impeller and venture design accelerate slurry movement. The patented chopping system handles slurry with larger concentrations of bedding and solids. Chopping blades made of hardened steel alloy, nodular cast iron impeller and adjustable pressure plate creates high pressure that can power up to 12,000 cuts per minute. Discharge tube size’s come standard in six inch or eight inch and can fit into pit holes as small as 2 feet x 2 feet. Carriage with hydraulic motor and stainless steel cable on a winch and simple two point hook up makes transfer from pit to pit extremely quick and easy.

Effective mixing of the anaerobic digester contents is important for process stability. Mixing maximizes gas production and minimizes scum and foam formation. Additionally, it prevents solids deposition in the digester, which can reduce the active volume of the digester and result in expensive removal costs. Doda offers a full range of mixing systems from primary digester, secondary digester through to final higher pressure gas storage tanks. All mixers can be easily adjusted in mixing angle and depth to suit changeable tank levels. Models range from the BGS 80 which is often used in secondary fermentation tanks for smooth constant homogenization through to the BGS 500 for applications in primary tanks where the materials require high-speed agitation to get the fermentation process moving rapidly.

Small Hose Reels: Doda’s Small Hose Reels include a towable pintle hitch trailer which holds one mile of six inch drag hose. Reel dividers can be used to keep hose sections separate, or can be removed for continuous hose reeling. The trailer is equipped with a hydraulic powered tongue stand and large flotation tires.
