Domitran Novitas products

The GRP pipes and fittings in the Domitran Novita’s production range are available in nominal widths from 50 mm to 1,400 mm, in length up to 5.5m . They are manufactured from combination of resin depend on purposes from Polyester to Vinyl ester/ Epoxy resin and glass fibre rovings in a filament-winding process.

There are various connection techniques available with GRP pipe systems. Bonded joints are a relatively quick installation variant for long straight pipe runs with nominal widths of up to 500 mm. Laminated joints, on the other hand, are suitable for more complex piping systems. If frequent disassembly is required, flange connections should be used at these points. Both collars with loose flanges and fixed flanges can be used for this purpose.

Domitran Novita’s manufactured several types of GRP panels for many applications, as plate for Truck panels, Fire truck municipal parts, Covers for wastewater plants, anti-slip sheets, etc. Material: Glass fibre & polyester / vinyl ester resin.

Available dimension a max size in one part plate 3 m x 6 m,  from 2.5 – 12 mm thick – gelcoat protection layer. Max dimension of 4m x 2m by water jet cutting plates. Or request we manufactured part shape & cut by water jet up to thickness of 40 mm. All plate is manufactured in Vacuum infusion process with excellent mechanical properties. White / Grey colour of protection layers as standard other RAL on request.

Sandwich core composites offer higher strength-to-weight ratios than solid composite laminates alone. Domitran Novita’s manufactured sandwich panel on request up to 20 mm thickness in PVC core or honeycomb, and different types of foams. These are bonded together in a Vacuum infusion Process, or Hand Lay-up Process.

Domitran Novita’s Flanges and Backing Rings manufactured by Vacuum infusion process / Hot pressing & Hand Lay-up offer an excellent competitive solution with very high and constant quality. The dimensions comply with the specified safety standards for each particular pressure class. Various internal diameters are available, to match all types of Pipe. Depend on requirement we offer product from polyester & vinyl ester resin with chemical barrier Derange 411 or equivalent.

Domitran Novita’s  Fibre glass light poles are manufactured in Polyester/Epoxy resin systems & fibre glass woven rowing with more than 60% of glass, in combination winding angles for desired rigidity & strength made by filament winding process. In 20 year of manufacturing poles we have  standard poles length up to 8 m for different loading zone (max tested  wind load up to 144 km/h – zone IV).

Domitran Novita’s offers a very efficient solution for the cooling of water by using the evaporation of water in the contact with air. The (evaporative) cooling tower is a wet water / air heat exchanger. In the open cooling tower the water to be cooled is brought into direct contact with the air. In this, usually in countercurrent flow extending operation, the down-flowing water emits heat to the rising air by evaporation and convection. In the cooling tower the water is evenly distributed by nozzles over trickling material (fillers). Due to the evaporation process water losses arise. These losses must be supplied to the circuit at a suitable point.
