The SCANRAY F Series represents a significant advancement in the field of industrial radiographic testing with its portable wireless DR system designed specifically for inspecting pipes and tanks. Unlike traditional methods that use X-ray films or computed radiography with phosphor imaging plates, these flexible digital systems offer superior adaptability to curved surfaces without requiring long exposure times or complex image processing. SCANRAY F models, like the 1025F and 1043F, feature Gadox scintillators and a flexible TFT, a-Si technology that minimizes image distortion. With a pixel pitch of 99 µm, and a pixel matrix providing high-resolution imaging, these devices can operate within an X-ray voltage range of 40 to 450 kVp. They offer substantial durability with IP67-rated dust and water resistance, making them ideal for harsh environments, as well as a battery life of up to seven hours, ensuring their reliability and robustness for extended use.

The XPRESS-SCAN® system is a mobile digital radiography solution optimized for the non-destructive inspection of pipe welds, suitable for both onshore and offshore applications. Designed primarily for pipeline construction, maintenance, and repair, this advanced system significantly improves the speed and accuracy of weld inspection. Capable of inspecting single- or double-wall pipe welds with diameters starting at 159 mm, it minimizes human error by allowing immediate post-welding tests and providing instant results. Such immediacy permits quick adjustments to welding settings, preventing defects and associated project delays. The system is capable of operating in temperature ranges from -20°C to +50°C and supports X-ray voltages up to 450 kVp. Equipped with SCANRAY®1230 detectors, its high-resolution imaging and robust data management (using Wi-Fi with up to 300 m range and internal storage) ensure reliability even if wireless connectivity is lost. The system is encased with IP67 protection and powered by an adaptable battery system, offering extended operational life in challenging environments.
