Thiedig - High Pressure Shut-Off Valve

High-performance, general-purpose shut-off valve with retractable stuffing box packing and differential threading. The high pressure shut-off valve type 50 is a universally applicable valve for liquid media and vapors at temperatures up to 400°C and pressures up to 268 bar.

Thiedig - Sampling Cooler

Compact cooler with sample thermometer for basic equipment. The standard cooler PE 03 is designed for cooling liquids up to max. 268 bar pressure at 400 °C. A sample thermometer at the outlet is standard equipment.

Thiedig - Axial Segment Cooler

Combinable cooler for joint cooling of up to two sample streams. The axial segment cooler is used to hold up to two individual sample streams and cool them together in a compact stainless steel (1.4541) container. Several axial segment coolers can be connected to each other and have cooled intermediate water flowing through them via a connection from the chiller unit. Here, too, the aim is to achieve the lowest possible degree of thermal distortion.

Thiedig - Measuring Instrument

Measuring instrument for differential conductivity measurement and pH value determination. The CatCon 6 delta is a measuring instrument for measuring the differential conductivity and for determining the pH value. The measuring device consists of the Con 6 m transmitter and the intelligent CatControl 6 cation filter. It is used for continuous conductivity measurement before and after strongly acidic cation exchangers.

Thiedig - Automatically Regenerating Cation Exchanger

Automatically regenerating cation exchanger for maintenance-free operation. One of the most important parameters monitored in water-steam circuits is the acid conductivity. To determine this, classic cation exchangers have been used up to now before the conductivity measurement. The disadvantage of this technology is the regular resin exchange and, if necessary, its regeneration. The state of the art today is the use of automatically regenerating cation exchangers based on the principle of electro-deionization, as in the CatControl edi.

Thiedig - Chiller Unit

Powerful and efficient cooling system for adapted control of sample temperatures. The chiller unit is an electric water/water chiller and serves to control the sample temperatures after primary coolers and to deliver the heat quantity to the cooling water circuit. The power spectrum ranges from approx. 10 to 40 kW (1-20 measuring points), whereby special units (up to 200 kW) can also be used for special applications.
