The concentric housing design reduces turbulence within the pump to minimize cavitation, shaft deflection, and excessive wear. The semi open impeller is designed to handle water or heavy slurries with equal efficiency. Replaceable wear plates protects the pedestal from wear and corrosion caused by fluids being pump, therefore, extending the life of the pump. The beefed-up frame design is stronger and more rigid in all wear areas.It gives a larger work area to facilitate packing the pump, which cuts repacking time. Heavy duty bearings are well protected by spring type oil seals and water slinger designed to keep fluid and dirt out of the bearing cavity. Eccentric locks are used so the shaft can be easily removed without special tools.

The unit is a 630 horsepower triplex skid mounted pumping unit that is equipped to operate at the work site independent of other equipment. The unit is fabricated on three 10” x 35 lbs. I-Beam. Equipment consist of one diesel engine, automatic transmission, triplex pump, and a centrifugal pump. The main skid engine and automatic transmission drive the triplex pump. The triplex pump is configured to pump fluid to, release, or re-circulate fluid. A hydraulic drive is mounted on the transmission providing hydraulic power to operate the centrifugal pumps.

The Dragon LPG Transport Trailer is engineered to optimize performance and safety in LPG transportation. Conforming to ASME Section VIII, Div. 1, DOT MC331, and NFPA 58 standards, these trailers are available in 10,600, 11,500, and 12,600-gallon capacities. Fabricated from SA 517 carbon steel, they offer a Maximum Allowable Working Pressure (MAWP) of 265 PSIG at temperatures from -20°F to 125°F. The trailers feature advanced suspension systems such as the Watson & Chalin Integra 30K air ride tandem or tri-axle suspension. A 4-inch Blackmer vane pump is hydraulically driven, complemented by a 4-inch dial float gauge and liquid level indicators at various thresholds. Designed for accessibility, liquid and vapor connections can be approached from either side. The structural integrity includes bolted upper couplers with adjustable increments, ensuring flexibility during operation. For safety, emergency shutdown controls are strategically positioned.
