Everything about the HH Series is designed for speed, safety and efficiency. You can tell just by looking it is not a conventional rig. From it selferecting telescopic mast made from a single powerful hydraulic cylinder to the built-in integrated hydraulic top drive, HH rigs are designed to optimize your drilling plan from top to bottom. Automated systems, centralized control and few rig floor workers combine for a safer and more efficient drilling operation, better performance and reduced costs. The HH Series drilling processes are largely automated and centrally operated from the climate controlled driller’s cabin. Stuck pipe becomes less of an issue with features that allow automatic drilling even with preset WOBs and ROPs or top drive back reaming.

Drillmec MR Series mobile trailer and self-propelled rigs are used for conventional drilling, workover and well service applications. Drillmec covers this variety of applications by manufacturing a full range of rigs capacities from 60 up to 250 metric ton. The drawworks, carrier and mast capacities are combined to provide the best performances. The MR Series fully mechanically driven rigs are designed to ensure ease of operation in a wide variety of terrains and extreme climatic conditions. The offshore industry around the world is looking for various ways to improve the installation of the offshore drilling packages. Drillmec can accommodate your offshore platform with modular solutions from a single unit to a complete rig package. Traditional derrick barge cranes are often not readily available to lift these drilling units onto the platforms. With this in mind, Drillmec developed its Offshore Modules Platform Drilling Rigs, that are not equipped with these derrick barge cranes, in order to compound this challenge.

Drillmec offers a complete range of triplex mud pump from 600 to 2200 hp diesel or electric AC – DC powered both 5000 and 7500 psi rated. All the mud pumps can be mounted on an oilfield skid or tralierized to match the fast moving characteristics. All the single parts are checked and quality coded before being installed. In critical drilling operations the circulation of drilling fluid has to be reliable. Drillmec manufactures a complete range of Triplex mud pumps, delivering power from 300 hp to 2,200 hp. The quick replacement of wearable parts, such as valves, pistons and liners, allows the operator to keep the pump on line longer. Reduced vibration and maintaining constant pressures are also important. The pump’s lubricating and cooling systems are vital components in determining reliability. With a variety of drive packages on the displacement and pressure sides, Drillmec mud pumps have it all in one package. Mud pump controls are rigorously tested before and after installation and quality is guaranteed before deployment to your drill site. Drillmec maintains its own quality testing facility that simulates a wide variety of drilling conditions.

We design electric top drive that is transportable, permanently mounted on different mast configurations for deep drilling rigs. Some of the features include: AC motor powers the system. Separate control panel controls system. Maximum speed range of between 200 rpm to 219 rpm. Power rating range of between 450 kW (600 hp) to 850 kW (1150 hp). Maximum drilling torque range of between 43,200 Nm (31,662 lb/sqft) to 80,000 NM (59,000 lb/sqft). •Maximum pull up static load of between 245 mt (550,000 lbs) to 680 mt (1,500,000 lbs).
