The DTEnvironmental in-vessel rotary composter is built for ease of operation and low maintenance. The composter is made with all stainless steel and synthetic components for long life and durability.

Separate grit from water waste streams and other effluent with our One Shot and Sand Cannon grit classifiers. Initially designed for the abrasiveness and viscosity of sand laden manure separation, our patented, low horsepower, high efficiency grit classifier systems easily remove sediments and grit in municipal waste water applications. Flexibly engineered to be direct fed, hydrocyclone fed, or coupled with an auger or vortex pit. Built and manufactured in-house allows limitless applications and custom design options.

The internally fed DTE360 solid/liquid separator is an all stainless steel unit built with the goals of long lasting, self cleaning, trouble-free operation. Initially engineered for the caustic properties of manure separation, our belt driven screen coupled with sealed stainless bearing idler wheels promises extended periods of maintenance free operation with infrequent belt changes.

DTE continues to lead the way with the expansion of the DTX line of separators. We offer three sizes with six screen openings to match your system requirements. The self-cleaning DTX separator allows for fine separation and high throughput.

Proven with manure, the EYS Separator easily separates solids from liquids. It’s ideal for quickly and effectively preparing a liquid slurry into a compostable feedstock.
