The DualDraw Downdraft Table with Vented Back (BG Series) is a functional self-contained downdraft work station that provides efficient dust and fume capture while maintaining operator versatility.  Standard units come with both downdraft and backdraft airflow – this combination increases the  efficiency of the system to contain airborne dust or fumes while performing applications such as grinding or welding. The standard pin-hinged, removable side wings of the DualDraw downdraft table help to efficiently direct airflow and also provide operational flexibility to work on parts that vary in size.

The DualDraw Flat Top Downdraft Table (FT Series) is the most versatile downdraft model DualDraw offers.  With a flat, open work surface, operators can easily manipulate parts varying in size or shape.  Operators can be placed at all sides of the dust extraction table to perform their given application.  The relative compact footprint of this downdraft grinding table allows for easy placement within a crowded facility.  Versatility is the way to describe the qualities of this superior air filtration solution.

DualDraw Downdraft Booths are an air filtration solution designed for protection of you and your operators through the maximum containment of airborne particles.  Critically, downdraft booths also eliminate cross-contamination of plant equipment and processes. Our down draft booth models incorporate the patented DualDraw airflow design of the perforated surface and vented backstop with a flexible panel filter system configured to the operator application.

The DualDraw Wet Downdraft Booth uses water as its filtration to capture airborne dust.  The “TB” booth style is used for maximum containment of particulate – the design comes standard with the patented DualDraw perforated downdraft work surface,  (2) fixed sides, the vented back stop, and an overhead top with a light.  The “TB” enclosure is typically used by customers that have standard part sizes that do not vary.  This style of wet collector is also useful for processes that require extra visibility, such as an inspection process, where the overhead light is used.

The DualDraw Wet Downdraft Table (WC Series) is a specialized air pollution control unit that uses water as its filtration media.  Designed primarily to address combustible dust challenges, this solution safely and efficiently collects particles from applications such as grinding, sanding, cutting, and polishing.

DualDraw Wet Stand-Alone Wet Scrubbers use water as the filtration media to capture airborne dust.  Our wet scrubber systems are engineered specifically to fit your particular dust producing application.  Typically, facilities will duct these systems to independent hoods or pick-up points throughout a facility.  Smaller systems can also be used to address a single pick-up point or have an extraction arm attached for versatility.

DualDraw Walk-In Clean Air Stations, our “WI” series, are three sided enclosures with a ceiling that can address the most challenging indoor air quality challenges.  Large volumes of air move through the booth structure and are drawn through the back filtration walls, or PowerWalls.  PowerWall modules are linked together to accommodate customer defined widths.  The standard depth and height of a Walk-In is 8’ however booths can be configured to handle nearly all customer depth and height requirements.

The DualDraw Stand Alone Portable Filtration System is a portable air filtration unit designed to provide users with the ability to collect dust and fumes with maximum versatility. The dust filter equipment comes standard with a flange for users to connect ducting attached to pre-existing tables, hoods, or other air capture mechanisms. Flange sized based on user requirement.

Our Portable Downdraft Table with Self-Cleaning Filters combines the superb functionality of the BG Series with a creatively placed self-cleaning cartridge filter system that sits out of the way, below the work surface.  This well designed solution provides users with a compact, yet rugged, downdraft table designed for extended use with long-lasting filter life.  These are features difficult to find in a downdraft table – so much so that we have a patent pending design on its configuration.

Our entry-level, price sensitive Mail Screening Platform with Airflow Protection is designed to protect the breathing zones of operators from airborne particulate or powders while they are screening mail and inspecting for suspicious items. This is accomplished using a patented downdraft technology that maintains constant protective airflow around the operator and creates a safe, hooded area to perform mail sorting and mail screening procedures.
