The Dura-Cast Custom Rotomolding Design and Prototype Team is comprised of our quality assurance manager, product concept designer, mold fabrication manager, production manager, and sales manager. They are organized to work with customers on product concept designs and to convert them into high quality rotomolded plastic products. The Custom Rotomolding Team represents many decades of quality assurance, conceptual product design, mold design, mold fabrication, rotomold manufacturing, finishing, and business expertise. The latest technologies are used to create models, shorten the customer approval process, manage the rotomolding process, produce accurate finished products, and ensure the quality of products through sophisticated testing and measurements.

Dura-Cast Products offers a full line of polyethylene cone bottom tanks. They are seamless, lightweight, easy to clean; corrosion resistant and rust-free. Cone Bottom tanks are molded of polyethylene resin that is compounded with UV stabilizers to extend their life and durability. Our cone bottom tanks are rotationally molded and manufactured to the highest quality standards in the industry.

Dura-Cast Products offers a line of open top tanks with a number of different shapes. They are seamless, lightweight, easy to clean; corrosion-resistant and rust free. Open top tanks are molded of polyethylene resin that is compounded with UV DuraCast 450 Gallon Open-Top Tankstabilizers to extend their life and durability. Our open top tanks are rotationally molded and manufactured.

We manufacture a full line of cone bottom tanks that are ideal for use in the Aquaculture industry.  Polyethylene cone-bottom tanks are primarily used for storage, where fast and complete drainage is important. Because they have superior mechanical properties, high stiffness, excellent low temperature impact strength, and outstanding environmental stress crack resistance, they stand up well in tough environments.
