Textile filters are the most important typology of dry filtration technology. The most important characteristic of our textile filters is the high filtration efficiency, up to 99,99 %, filtering even the smallest particulate dimensions as micropollutants (PM) or ultra-fine particulates.     

Cyclones & Multi-Cyclones are used in various industrial applications, usually, to collect the particles with a diameter greater than 10 microns. The efficiency of removal of dust particles in these equipment varies generally from 70 to 95%.

Our DeSOx & Acid Control systems are, mainly, based on dry reagent (absorbent) injection philosophy. These types of systems are one of the most attractive options for SOx control and have become more popular technologies in the Europe and US, than in other areas of the world. The above systems are, usually, designed to remove SO2, SO3, HCl and HF with the injection of hydrated lime or sodium bicarbonate.

Our Mercury, Heavy Metals & Dioxins Control systems are based on activated carbon injection philosophy. These types of systems are in full accordance with the Best Available Technology (BAT) of activated carbon injection systems to control mercury, heavy metals and dioxins. Our multi-year experience with these types of systems confirms their efficiency up to 85-90%. Obviously, it depends on the pollution process typology and the configuration of whole configuration of pollution control system adopted.
