Turbopump TLD 30/36 and TED 30/36 are direct driven single stage units. To ensure constant pressure and that cooling air is avail­able to the pump when all outlets are closed, the tubing system should be equipped with a vacuum relief valve. Lubrication Interval: 10000 h.

Turbopump TPD 30/36 is a direct driven twin impeller parallel series con­nected unit. To ensure constant pres­sure and that cooling air is avail­­able to the pump when all outlets are closed, the tubing system should be equipped with a vacuum relief valve. Lubrication Interval: 1500 h.

RAF 1600/2500 are singel stage direct driven radial blowers for less demanding pressure applications such as fume extraction.

The RAF 2501 is applied in extraction systems requiring large air flows for lighter types of dust and cleaning. Pressure generation is achieved through two series connected stages.

The DC HEPA box is intended to be used as a police filter between the filter unit and vacuum producer. If for any reason the filter fails, the DC HEPA box stops the combustible dust from reaching the radial blower or turbo pump. In this way all vacuum producers can be used for ATEX applications, provided that the vacuum producer is placed outside the ATEX zone.

Our customers have the possibility to complete or combine S11000 filter units, DC 11000 dust extractors and DC 11-modules with Dustcontrol’s new HEPA-Module. It fulfills the HEPA 13 specifications and is excellent for cleaning air. The new module is specially suited to capture the smallest and most dangerous particles. It also works as an extra protection for pump and motor. The HEPA-Module is a compact solution and can easily be mounted on top of an existing S11000, DC 11-Module or DC 11000 (for post-assembly with HEPA-Module complete, part no 4030). The HEPA-Module complete (part no 4030) consists of two HEPA-filters (part no 42807), an outlet module (part no 43303) and an extra module ring (part no 43302) with a welded inner part to keep the filters in place, see picture. The HEPA-Module will be delivered with all necessary parts such as gaskets, joints and suction pipe extensions for quick and easy mounting to the existing product.

The DC 11-Module is a complete central unit for source extraction and industrial cleaning. The unit can manage just about every kind of dust and chip you can imagine and, when properly equipped, your coolants and emulsions too. With the DC 11-Module, we deliver a complete central unit from the factory, plug and play – easy to install. We tailor it exactly to your specific needs. This is possible due to an options based selection process. The DC 11-Module has been designed to produce more capacity and service up to six normal extraction points or several cleaning outlets at a time.

The DC 11-Module XL is a complete central unit for source extraction and industrial cleaning. The unit can manage just about every kind of dust and chip you can imagine, even coolants and emulsions when equipped with a preseparator. The XL-model can handle more extraction points at a time than the standard model.

The DC Tromb Stationary is a complete, compact central vacuum system unit that comes with automatic filter cleaning and the Smart Panel Compact control system as standard. If necessary, it can also be equipped with a vacuum shutter valve and/or filter cleaning shutter valve.  As standard, there are three differrent discharge options: container (A), bag (C) or longopac (L). The DC Tromb Stationary is easy to install and intended for installations in (for example) industrial premises, garage workshops and schools.

The pre-separators DCF 2900 c (Intellibag) and DCF 2900 L (Longopac) are ideally suited for collecting a large amount of dust combined with our smaller dust extractors, for example our models DC 1800, DC 2800 or DC 2900. The pre-separators main function is to relieve the filter of the suction source and the DCF 2900 models are equipped with a Longopac solution or Intellibag for dust-free bag changes, thus minimizing unnecessary and time-consuming downtime.
