A range of air valves covering the requirements for both filling/emptying of the water main plus removal of accumulated air in normal service. manufacturered in ductile iron, these valves can be tailored to most applications.

Underground Screwdown Fire Hydrant Manufactured in ductile iron, this hydrant fully meets the requirements of BS 750 type 2. Outlet is to gunmetal (London thread design) and ductile iron (Bayonet or instantaneous). Potable water compatible materials to BS 6920 are used throughout. The seating for the stopper is in EPDM to EN681-1 and the whole hydrant is coated in powder epoxy that has WRAS approval.

Duvalco Check Valve Non-Slam design is achieved through a carefully balanced relationship between door weight and angle, providing minimal maintenance and avoiding damage to other pipework components. The absence of weights or dampers minimizes the risk of shaft damage and leakage. All sizes are available with metal seating of the door. Sizes up to DN300 are also available with the door encapsulated in EPDM or NBR rubber.

Duvalco SF range of soft seated gate valves has been fully updated to suit our customers’ needs today. Encapsulated and epoxy coating ensure corrosion-free operation with low operating torque.

Duvalco BA double flanged butterfly valves are of the concentric type with vulcanised rubber liner for minimum operating loads and reduced wear and tear on the various components, designed to meet EN 593. Body construction is from ductile iron with discs available in ductile iron, stainless steel 304 or 316, shafts in 420, 431, 304 or 316 stainless steel. Aluminium bronze discs also available.

Duvalco Wafer Type Butterfly Valves are the Concentric designed disc with bonded liner body. Overall design generally in accordance to BS EN 593. Body construction is ductile iron and disc available in ductile iron, stainless steel 304 or 316, shafts in stainless steel 420, 431, 304 or 316. Aluminium bronze discs also available.
