The ViscoTec eco-PEN450 dispensing system is a rotating and perfectly pressure-tight displacement system ideally suited for dispensing precise volumes of low- to medium-viscosity materials. This dispensing pen has a self-sealing, rotor/stator design. Conveyance is by medium displacement in the stator through tightly controlled rotor rotation, assuring accurate dispensing without any changes to the dispense material. The progressive cavity mechanism exhibits minimal shear stress upon the medium compared to alternative positive displacement platforms such as gear pumps, auger pumps, and rod driven metering systems. In addition, the suck-back feature of the eco-PEN450 ensures clean and controlled material or medium cut-off, while preventing post-dripping. It offers maximum volumetric precision for both dot and bead applications. Application speeds are adaptable to track speeds provide precise joint sealing.

The Dymax Model 200 is a manually controlled dispensing system. Accurate dispensing is achieved through the use of a unique normally-closed, hand-held diaphragm valve. The diaphragm valve is designed with a wand-style body to make it more ergonomic for users. This system can be used for a variety of applications including dot, bead, and potting applications. This valve is ideal for dispensing UV adhesives, cyanoacrylates, inks, and other low-to-medium viscosity (up to 5,000 cP) fluids. Dymax hand-held fluid dispensing systems are engineered for optimal performance and long service life.

Dymax Model 300 dispensing systems feature a pneumatic, normally closed diaphragm valve that is designed for use with low- to high-viscosity fluids. The valve’s design is compact and lightweight, making it easy and comfortable to handle. The internal diaphragm design of the valve prevents fluid from contacting the actuating components within the valve. This reduces damage and wear to the actuating components, extending the life of the valve and minimizing necessary valve maintenance. This feature also makes this valve ideal for dispensing light-curable materials, solvent-based products, and reactive materials like cyanoacrylates and anaerobics. Accurate, repeatable dispensing can be achieved by utilizing the valve’s material flow adjustment to control the shot volume. The Model 300 is available in several system packages, paired with the Dymax DVC-345 valve controller and material reservoirs of various styles and sizes.

Dymax SG-150 hand-held spray guns, available in both standard and high flow models, provide a solution to manually spray fluids for masking and coating applications. The SG-150-RS standard-flow spray gun is ideal for dispensing fluids with viscosity lower than 10,000 cP, while the SG-150-RH is better suited for spraying fluids with viscosity of 10,000 cP and higher. Both SG-150 models utilize a normally closed, stainless steel needle valve to control fluid flow and have a dual-acting air cylinder that provides immediate start/stop functionality. A stroke adjustment on the valve can be used to fine-tune the flow rate and a precision air regulator/gauge assembly simultaneously activates the atomizing air while the valve is opened and fluid is flowing. Both models are delivered with a round spray cap that provides a circular spray pattern, with an optional flat spray cap available if a linear or flat spray pattern is preferred.

Material fluid lines carry fluid from the reservoir to the dispensing valve. Air line kits contain high-grade tubing and fittings for properly and safely connecting air to the system`s reservoir and controller.
