Dynavac Reverse Pulse Jet Bag House Dust Collectors provided by us are Centralized dust collecting solution for industries where dust is emitted from most of the processing machines inside the factory. Placing a dust collector besides each processing machine is not a good idea which will be more expensive and occupies space too, to avoid these difficulties Bag house dust collectors are made as an outdoor dust collector which can be connected to N number of processing machine through centralized ducting system. We use the vertical space above the floor level of the factory to avoid occupying floor space. Our Bag house dust collectors are constructed in such a way to withstand tough environments.
Dynavac - Cartridge Filter Dust Collectors
Cartridge dust collector are next generation Bag filter type dust collector using Pleated cartridge filters for effectively capturing finer dusts instead of filter bags. Cartridge type dust collectors have many advantages over traditional bag collectors, like large filter area packed in smaller overall sizes hence reduces overall size of dust collectors for same capacity, which saves a lot in structural casing cost and expensive factory floor space. High filter area to overall dimension ratio means less number of cartridges will be required and saves a lot of productivity time during filter change out and it’s easy comparably.

Vacuum Loaders are used to reducing labor and resin waste with self-contained, ready-to-install loading systems for pellets and regrind. VCON series loaders provide self-contained, vacuum transfer of plastic pellets and regrind over short distances using powerful Single-phase / Three-phase Vacuum motors. Standard models are made for flange mounting to existing bins or hoppers. Self-contained Vacuum Loaders are called by several names. They may be called Loaders, Pneumatic Conveyors, Hopper Loaders, Bin Loaders, Plastics Loaders, Pellet Loaders, Regrind Loaders, Powder Loaders or Motor Loaders.

To prevent fine airborne paint mist escaping into the workplace, all paint booths/rooms should be run at a slightly lower air pressure than the surroundings so that any air is drawn into the booth or room. This is commonly referred to as running at `negative pressure`. Exhaust filters (also known as paint overspray arrestors) work by capturing over sprayed coatings before they`re exhausted into the environment to reduce shop emissions. During spray jobs in a paint booth, the exhaust system must draw substantial quantities of air out of the shop in order to operate.
