E-PAK Machinery’s Clutch Brake Labelers are designed to apply pressure sensitive labels primarily in hazardous location environments. Built to Class 1, Div 1 standards, this versatile machine can be integrated over a conveyor or built as a stand-alone unit. Ideal applications are round and flat sided containers. Avariety of available label sensors allow the applicator to be used for various label types including paper, clear, and Mylar. Each E-PAK labeler is created to be rugged and durable, is easy to operate, and is customized to suit your specific application.

E-PAK Air Rinsers provide an efficient way to safely remove dust and small particles from containers before filling. This system is particularly suitable for removing loose contaminants that may have accumulated in the containers during shipping or storage. Containers first enter the rinsing area and are then bathed with ionized air generated by special transvector air flow amplifiers. The static charge that attracts debris to the surface of the containers is neutralized (ionized air does not sterilize the containers). Rinsing heads are lowered into the containers and a blast of compressed air is blown into them. A vacuum is then applied to remove the loose particulate. Debris is collected in a bag behind the machine or directed into the extraction system of the facility.

E-PAK’s Automatic, Semi-Automatic and Snap Capper Completion Units are very robust and versatile machines that are able to sort and place a wide range of snap-on/ press-on caps. The appropriate gripping belts guide the container securely through the completion unit where a press down belt snaps the caps into place. E-PAK Rotary turntables can dramatically improve the efficiency of your production. Loading turntables assist operators with feeding round containers to your filler. This creates sufficient backlog that enables your filler to run at maximum production capacity. Accumulation turntables promote more efficient packing of finished goods into shipping cases. E-PAK turntables are made of durable 304 stainless steel or heavy duty HDPE for durability in your production environment. They can be customized to suit particular applications by adding bottle-guide railing options and half moon off- loading tables. All E-PAK turntables, either as a stand-alone machine or integrated with another component, come standard with a UL listed, Nema 4 Variable Speed controller.

The FPV Series Single Head Tabletop Piston Filler is ideally suited for any production environment and can handle a wide range of products and containers.  This accurate, repeatable, and reliable volumetric filler is highly versatile and easy to operate.  Simply set the fill volume, manually place the container under the fill head, and activate the pedal.  The product is dispensed by a pneumatically operated cylinder and stops once the pre-set fill volume is reached.  This piston filler has 316 stainless steel food grade contact parts which can be quickly disassembled for easy cleaning. Add options such as a direct draw kit or a remote fill head for even more versatility.

E-PAK Machinery’s Portable Molten Filler has the capability to fill a wide range of products and handle a wide variety of container sizes and shapes. Although it is designed primarily for filling candles, this filler has the capability to fill other hot filled products like deodorants, petroleum jelly, lip balm, and glycerin soaps.
