Ecoat (PVC coated fabric) and XTRM Ply PVC is a family of E² coated fabrics utilizing a unique engineered polymer blend designed to meet various applications forPVC coating, which is then applied to a wide range of high-quality polyester base fabrics. The resulting Ecoat™ and XTRM Ply PVC fabrics offer excellent resistance to extreme weather conditions, chemicals, abrasion, and punctures, as well as high UV stability. Ecoat™ fabrics are utilized across a diverse range of industries and end-product applications.

ERcoat™ and XTRM Ply EIA products are a family of E Squared coated fabrics utilizing breakthrough polymer blending to create a uniquely strong EIA/PVC copolymer alloy, which is then applied to a variety of high-quality polyester fabric-based products. The resulting coated fabrics offer excellent resistance to extreme weather conditions, chemicals, abrasion, and punctures, as well as high UV stability. The ERCoat and XTRM Ply are available in mid-range fabric weights and are used primarily in boating, flexible storage tanks, environmental control and other Flexible Geomembrane Liners (FML) applications.

REZcoat (TPU coated fabric) and XTRM Ply TPU is a family of E Squared  fabrics created for a uniquely strong thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) coating, which is then applied to a variety of high-quality polyester and nylon base reinforcement. The resulting REZcoat™ and XTRM PLY TPU technical textiles offer excellent resistance to extreme weather conditions, chemicals, abrasion, and punctures, as well as high UV stability.  REZcoat™ and XTRM PLY TPU fabrics are available in a wide range of fabric weights.  These properties and options allow our products to be utilized across a diverse range of industries and end-product applications like fuel tanks, boats, flexi-tanks, oil booms, loading docks, etc.

E Squared’s Potable Water products will meet your requirements for strength, puncture, tear and UV resistance.  Ecoat® , REZcoat®, ERcoat® and XtrmPly® EIA Potable Water products are NSF Approved, designed for potable water applications where flexibility is required, and it is available as an unreinforced film as well as a reinforced composite membranes.  The products are available in widths from 60″ to 120″ and in weights from 25 oz/sy to 60 oz/sy.  It is ideal for use in most potable water applications, including retention pond and reservoir liners, floating covers and baffles curtains.
