Space-saving design for smaller boilers (100-1200 hp) and confined spaces. E-Tech’s no-transition circular economizers are designed for easy, cost-effective installation on or above a fire-tube boiler outlet or, with very little modification, into an existing water-tube boiler stack. Our circular designs range in size from 100 hp–1200 hp for fire-tube boilers or up to 45,000 pph for a water-tube boiler.

In-Stack Economizers – Save Fuel with Minimal Space Usage. E-Tech’s “down-the-stack” Economite makes it possible to save fuel even if you cannot spare the room for a standard economizer unit. This custom-made, in-stack application is easily installed in an existing stack of any diameter. Economites can be fabricated with baffles and shells to direct gas flow through the unit and can be equipped with solid, serrated or longitudinal fins.

Custom-engineered and built to last. Our tubular air heaters allow you to recapture heat from combustion products to preheat combustion air. The improvement in efficiency can be as much as 2.5% for every 100 degrees of flue gas cooling.
