The patented Eagle Punch Cutter is designed to split Off the Road (OTR) tires into two halves down the center of the tread like a bagel. The Punch Cutter is loaded onto a tire and rotates around the outside of the tire. A blade is used to punch the tire while a programmable logic controller (PLC) controls the rotation of the machine around the tire and the punching process. This allows the operator to set the machine, press start, and let it run.

The patented Eagle Punch Cutter II is portable and designed to split Off the Road (OTR) tires into two halves, cutting through the center of the tread. It can handle a range of tire sizes, from a rim size of 39 inches and a tread width of 37 inches up to, and including, rim size of 63 inches and tread width of 70 inches.

The Eagle Titan tire cutter allows for increased flexibility of your total Off the Road (OTR) tire cutting system. The Titan cuts tires up to 27.00 R49. Three hydraulically powered rollers rotate the tires into position, move the tire from side to side, front to back, and rotate in a circular motion. A hydraulically powered probe helps position and hold the tire during the cutting cycle. Cut size is determined by the operator.

The Eagle Titan II is the ultimate tire cutter provided to the Waste Tire Recycling Market. The Titan II has the ability to handle and shear through large Off the Road (OTR) and mining tires up to 44 inches across the tread and up to 14 feet in diameter. Tires with tread wider than 44 inches can be downsized with the Titan II tire cutter after being bagel cut with the Punch Cutter or Punch Cutter II.
