Eberbach Explosion Proof Heavy Duty Reciprocal Shaker, Variable Speed, 70-240 osc/min (speed variation +/- 5%. ). For general purpose shaking in hazardous locations: Class 1 Group D, Class 2, Groups F and G. Operates in a space 39 x 20 x 11 in. The 1/6 HP explosion proof motor drives the same shaker mechanism as the model E6000. The explosion proof motor must be connected to an explosion proof line at the point of installation. Shaker is explosion proof only when wired in accordance with Local Electrical Code. Stroke is fixed at 1 1/2`. Maximum load is 50 lbs. Motor is supplied with power leads through a conduit box, but without switch, cord or carrier plate.

Eberbach’s E5650 Digital Bench top Reciprocal Shaker is designed expressly to occupy a minimum of bench space while maintaining the versatility of our larger units. The unit is powered by a 1/17 hp Bodine DC motor which drives the platform through a filtered SCR controller. The speed is continuously variable between a range of 20 - 240 osc/min. Yet, at a given setting the speed is constant and is not affected by normal line voltage fluctuations. The horizontal stroke is adjustable at 1” or 1-1/2”. ( factory set at 1”). This reciprocal shaker model will shake a load of 40 lbs at low speed and 20 lbs at maximum. Its bench top footprint measures 21”x 15”. A digital controller controls platform speed and allows for timed operations.

Model E7100 POWER STIR® (Previously E7085) is a low speed, high torque lab stirrer. It produces a maximum output torque of 96 oz-in at 625 rpm. Speed is variable from 30-625. Both stirrers accept glass, metal or plastic agitators 7/32” thru 5/16” in diameter. Hollow spindle and screw chucks eases stirring jobs by eliminating the need for tools to tighten chucks and allows the user to raise and lower agitator without having to remove it. Eberbach`s Electro-Analyzer 1000 apparatus is the laboratory standard for determinations of lead, nickel, copper, zinc, antimony, cadmium and other metals by the electro-deposition process. Unit has a finished steel case (30` high) with stainless steel front surface and occupies a table space of 15` x 17`. The front panel protects the apparatus from corrosive spillage and fumes. No electrically corrodible components are positioned where material may fall into the cell and alter results.

A totally enclosed, fan cooled 1/9 hp motor drives the Con-Torque power unit through a continuously variable transmission. Speeds from 0 to 400 rpm are selected by a lockable lever. Sintered bronze motor bearings require no lubrication.

Model E7200 universal lab stir (Previously the E7195) is a general purpose stirrer powered by a totally enclosed PM motor which features high coercively ceramic magnets and long-life brushes. It has been designed for high torque, reduced weight and size, efficient heat dissipation and continuous operation. The 1/17 hp motor produces 24 oz-in of torque at 2500 rpm. Speed is variable from 100-2500 rpm. Hollow spindle and screw chucks eases stirring jobs by eliminating the need for tools to tighten chucks and allows the user to raise and lower agitator without having to remove it.
