Tyres Recycling Process
The know-how gained by EBHYS on the market of the recycling of the Non Reusable Tyres enabled the Company to build in 2007 the largest French facility for tyres granulation in Montauban. The driving force of EBHYS is based in its capacity to deliver powerful industrial plants, of strong capacity (line up to 4 Tons/hour) producing granules and fine powders with maximum added value (100% of the production below 2 mm with purity higher than 99,5%). The by-products issued from the gum recycling display the highest level of purity (textile fibres/metals) and a maximum output of extraction (about 65% according to wearing rate of the entering tyre). Each unit complies with the last regulations (European Conformity, ATEX, Noises, Dust, Ergonomics for the operation and maintenance).
Plastic Recycling Process
The teams of EBHYS have been involved for several years in the field of plastics recycling with numerous experiences and particularly in the recycling of polyolefins. The concept developed by EBHYS in this field combines a strong productivity (lines up to 3 tons / hour) with a high quality level and optimized energy consumption. The processing of dry separation technology before washing (resulting from the experiment of the sorting) allows as well optimizing the quality of the products, as minimizing the flow of process wastes. Washing and drying by efficient mechanical means makes it possible to optimize the energy consumption of the lines. The industrial units delivered by Ebhys are in conformity with the last regulations and in particular for the liquid rejections. The material so obtained is of a high quality level very appreciated by plastic industrials.
Mechanical-Biological Treatment Services
The know-how of Ebhys teams in the field of sorting and composting brought the company to work on Mechanical Biological Treatment enhancement. The many references of STADLER in Spain in the area of mechanic sorting of the rough household waste made it possible to develop a systematic diagram of pre-treatment aiming to the best valorization of the dry fractions and the extraction of a pure compost (upstream sorting of the solid pollutants). The use of a tubular `Bioreactor` allows the best preparation of the material and the reincorporation of clean fiber fractions (paper, cardboard). It is associated with a fermentation and maturation in controlled ventilation which had been tried and tested in many achievements. The refining by combining a granulometric and a densimetric separation allows producing compost complying with the NFU 44051 regulation.
Turnkey Project Contractor
The team of EBHYS consists of experienced Project managers Engineers. They are able to lead operations of construction of industrial valorization plants. Steady partnerships as well with the best equipment suppliers as with building companies allow EBHYS to propose a strong organization in order to reply to the requests of the private and public investors. Within this scope, EBHYS organizes multi-disciplinary teams to lead the projects of its customers within the scope of a true approach of engineering and control of work. Thus, the added-value of our company is based in the practical knowledge of turnkey projects, the mastering of technologies of valorization, and the pragmatism of the options suggested to the customer. Within this scope, EBHYS is able to ensure whole or part of the following missions for the account of its customers: Management of projects of units of valorisation. Study in view of sites re-industrialization. Overall and detail engineering of waste valorization plants. Research and development under contract. Engineering of lines and equipment for treatment.

In this area, EBHYS implements skills as well of specialized Consulting Engineers, themselves backed up by the Project Engineers as for example consulting partners for the legal aspects.
