A mobile pilot plant is available for rent to determine the most important process engineering parameters of complex liquids to be evaporated or crystallized from.

In addition to the project work and fabrication of plants on basis of our own know-how we also prove our ability regarding the planning of plants for different Engineering Companies. For this a qualified staff and modern facilities are available. We are equipped with most modern Cad units by Autodesk. All stations are capable of preparing flow sheets, drawings of equipment and 3D-layouts. The preparation of complete three-dimensional plants and pipeline plans is of course granted. The conception of the plants is based on continuous further development and economy in which case top priority.

We are a licensed manufacturer basing on AD-HPO according to DIN EN 729-3 and have an expert inspection staff responsible for the quality assurance. Most of our skilled workers were trained in our company and are able to work in different fields. Their knowledge and skills are on a high level. All manufacturing steps are documented and are consequently easy to pursue. Thus the products are finished and delivered on time.

A most modern computer system allows our motivated staff to design specific plant layouts. This makes it possible to carry-out the individual working processes, such as engineering, designing, job scheduling, purchasing and manufacturing and consequently to minimize the overall planning time.

We perform assembly work in Germany and abroad: of our own plants. plants of competitive companies. for related industrial companies. Our erection team is integrated in our manufacturing division and will be selected according to the client’s need.

We offer our qualified specialists and engineers for the commissioning of plants and apparatus at home and abroad.

Our expert engineers are always available for you to check the operability of your plants and optimize them. Whenever you need us we will be there – within the shortest possible time.

In order to ascertain the major process parameter of complex solutions which are to be evaporated or crystallized, a pilot plant of semi-technical scale (abt. 150 l/h evaporation capacity) and a laboratory unit (abt. 20 l/h evaporation capacity) are available. So you can be sure that, in case an order is placed, tests can be made which allow a definite evaluation of the new plant if scalability is given
