The ECHO LEVEL HUNTER III is an advanced, low cost, ultrasonic level measurement system that utilizes the latest state-of-the-art technology to provide reliable measurement and control. It can accurately measure level and volume (pre-configured tank shapes) and perform alarm and fixed pump control for up to 4 pumps. Standard features include: 1 4-20mA output, 4 SPDT Relays, LED’s for alarm/pump status and Quick Setup menu-driven programming. It also comes standard with a RS-232 serial communication port and optional RS-485.

Submersible Pressure Transducers for water depths up to 2,000 feet. The Oyster 700 Series provide accurate and reliable level measurement utilizing the latest miniature microprocessor technology. The transmitter contains a piezo-resistive sensor that outputs a signal proportional to the hydrostatic pressure on the diaphragm. This signal is compared to the atmospheric pressure via the vent tube and compensated to the water temperature to produce an accurate level measurement. The benefit of an Oyster submersible pressure transducer is the ease of installation. Just strap the transmitter to a pipe and lower to the desired zero (0) level. That’s it. No calibration required! Connect the 2-wire loop powered 4-20mA output and you’re done!

Ultrasonic non-contact technology offers no moving parts to wear, jam, corrode, or get coated like contact technologies.  Mapping software makes effective measur­ing surface only a 3″ diameter column. No concerns with ladders, pipes, or other tank intrusions in the remaining sound cone.  Unit is FM ap­proved explosion-proof making it ideal for use in hazardous locations. The unit features easy programming with 6 digit LCD display and sim­ple menu structure.  Output range is adjustable with choices of in­putting tank dimensions or just fill and empty the tank while calibrating and it automatically scales to levels it senses.  Window cover allows early viewing of display. Failsafe output options and diagnostic capabilities makes the unit a good choice for critical applications.

Capacitance Point Level Switch for Liquids and Solids. The ECHO CapSwitch 500 is a reliable capacitance level switch that does not have any moving parts. The state of the art sensing technology is impulse RF admittance measurement with an active guard. This provides excellent level detection while being insensitive to material buildup. Capacitive level technology can be used for liquids, slurries, powders and bulk materials. Also, the CapSwitch 500 can be used for liquid interface applications to detect the level of two immiscible liquids that have different dielectric constants such as oil and water.

he Ultrasonic Point Level System 416X Series is an ideal solution for detecting liquid in compact spaces. With integrated electronics it is a direct replacement for Float Switches, Capacitance and Optical Detectors. The GS 416X detects liquid irrespective of change in density color, dielectric constant or viscosity. The GS 416X does not require calibration or periodic maintenance. The sensor is constructed in 316 SS and is available in lengths of up to 99”. ECHO can provide the GS 416X in a variety of engineered plastics to obtain the ideal corrosion resistance in process vessels.
