ECI`s Consulting Services specialize in utility vegetation management issues, including everything from high-level program assessments to workload surveys and development of site-specific work plans. Each member of our senior staff averages more than 25 years of experience in vegetation management consulting and utility operations. ECI`s Consulting Services group includes specialists in transmission rights-of-way management, distribution line clearance operations, and wood pole maintenance programs.

Field Services

ECI`s staff of about 300 hundred vegetation management professionals facilitates utility access to the expertise necessary for program improvement. Field Services includes work planning, QA auditing, supervision and more. Our Work Planning Service provides more efficient work planning and customer notification along with data collection, detailed reporting, performance analyses, and community outreach — all in one integrated package. We have consistently demonstrated an ability to lower costs, improve customer relations, and increase efficacy of tree maintenance operations.

eWPS Remote Data Solutions

ECI has developed eWPS, a software solution that enables the remote collection, transfer, access and management of data using Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), existing IT infrastructure and the Internet. It is compatible with a wide range of maintenance functions including work planning, QA audits, hazard tree identification, tree-caused outage interruption investigation, GIS/GPS, and many more.
