Ultrafiltrex uses the latest magnetic technology to solve resource sapping problems created by pipeline rust or black powder, which forms when iron in the pipeline wall reacts with other compounds to form corrosion.

FiltramagXT is the predecessor to Ultrafiltrex. As the original choice, it provided the core technology for development of Ultrafiltrex. Although a more basic option than Ultrafiltrex, it delivers cost effective protection against the problems caused by black powder. The patented FiltramagXT uses tried and trusted high performance magnetic technology combined with a unique “dual flow” design to ensure that almost 100% of black powder particles are captured as they flow through the filter. With a full stainless steel construction, FiltramagXT provides long lasting, low maintenance operation even in the harshest environments. 

Our range of bespoke Ditch Magnets use powerful neodymium magnetic technology to remove ferrous milled iron particles from drilling mud. The high performance magnet assemblies removes fine particles which are not extracted by the shale shaker or downhole filtration thereby protecting essential components such as mud pumps, drill pipes and shale shaker screens. Our Ditch Magnets can be positioned in the drilling mud return line before the shale shaker and/or between the shale shaker and the mud tank.

High performance magnetic filter for pressures up to 50 bar. Micromag HP50 magnetic filter or coolant separator provides all the same operational benefits of the standard  Micromag such as disposable cost savings, longer fluid life and better product surface finish. In addition, it is compatible with speacialist coolant installations such as high pressure through-spindle coolant filtration applications, where the smallest of ferrous particles can damage seals, spindles and reduce efficiency of the cutting tool. Read about some of our filtration success stories. Micromag HP50 is also ideal for applications which experience variable pressures and rapid pressure surges during start up. With a full aluminium construction this coolant filtration unit is robust, durable and perfect for pressures up to 50 bar. 

Process protection for 24/7 processing lines. The Auto-Shuttle magnetic separator can carry out a full clean without the need to stop the process. The magnetic separation unit is supplied with a pre-programmed PLC that can either work independently or connected to the central control rooms system for remote activation or monitoring. Reed switches are fitted to each end of the separator tubes to indicate the position of each magnetic core. The full system remains air tight throughout normal operation making it suitable for environments where ATEX equipment is required. Also available are the Auto-Shuttle Double Row, Triple Row & Quadruple Row for higher intensity magnetic separation.

Offering unsurpassed levels of contamination removal, removing sub-micron ferrous and para-magnetic contamination from the most demanding and arduous of process environments. Our magnetic metal separator units contain one high intensity easy clean magnetic grid or grate. The grid is secured into the housing by tri-cone locking nuts, ensuring even pressure is generated around the food grade seal. It is common to have many of these units installed throughout a processing facility in order to ensure contamination is removed at the source of generation. All dry powders and granular type materials can be processed through the unit. Electrical safety interlocks can be fitted to the grid to stop the process should it be accidentally opened.
