The Eco Sensors Model A-21ZX portable ozone sensor provides a reliable and inexpensive way of checking generators, valves, piping and general environments for ozone leaks and for estimating ozone levels. The Eco Sensors model UV-100 ozone analyzer is for general purpose measurement of ozone in air. Its range is .01-999 ppm (v) with 2% accuracy, and it includes a built-in data logger. The UV-100 weighs only 2.1 kg (4.7 lb), it is powered by an AC adapter or 12 V external battery, and is equally versatile for the laboratory or for process monitoring. The outputs are digital display, 0-2.5 VDC and 4-20 mA. The instrument features LEDs to indicate calibration is due, the sample line filter should be replaced, and that the sampling area is above the danger limit of .1 ppm. Lead time for the UV-100 is 4 weeks or less. Please plan for this when placing your order. We cannot offer expedite service.

For industrial ozone applications not serviced by the UV-100, Eco Sensors has partnered with 2B Technologies to offer the Model 106-L, 106-M, 106-MH and 106-H Ozone Monitors, where L, M, MH and H refer to Low (0-100 ppm), Medium (0-1,000 ppm), Medium-High (0-10,000 ppm) and High (0-20 wt%) ozone concentrations, respectively. These instruments have different optical path lengths in order to accommodate an extremely wide range of ozone concentrations, spanning more than eight orders of magnitude. Additionally, the Model 106-H was designed with a flow through path that can be pressurized to up to 50 psi for in-line measurements with ozone generators. The SM-500/RME-O3 is a new and improved Calibrated Digital Ozone Sensor Module in a compact form factor! The SM-500 is a calibrated ozone sensor instrument that utilizes a state-of-the-art electrochemical (EC) ozone sensing element. The SM-500 can be paired seamlessly with Eco Sensors’ OS-4 & OS-6 ozone controllers or it can be configured as an independent digital ozone instrument via RS-232 or USB serial communication.

The SM-EC is an electrochemical ozone sensor module for use with our OS-4 or OS-6 digital ozone controller, or as a stand alone module using the RS-232 output. This technology from Eco Sensors provides accurate ppb-level detection and resolution over a wide (.02-20 ppm, or 1-50 ppm) concentration range. The sensor module is compensated for temperature and humidity effects, with little to no cross sensitivity to VOC’s. The SM-EC makes our digital instruments more accurate at both ppb and high ppm levels of ozone, enabling improved monitoring and control for our users.
