Application Technology

Ecolab - Model Multiline 1000 - Control Unit

Electro-pneumatically operated time control unit with process control and illuminated LC-display. Metering time setting 0.01 to 99.99 sec. Tank pressure adjustable from 0 to 1.6 bar optional from 0 to 3.8 bar.

Ecolab - Model Ø 30 mm - Electric Rotary Spray Gun

The rotary gun is needed to dispense products into bores with a diameter ranging from 8 to 200 mm. It is vital to position the work piece onto which a product is dispensed exactly, especially when dealing with small bores. The dispensing procedure is as follows:

Metering Technology - Metering Pumps - Pneumatic Pumps

Ecolab - Model II - Pneumatic Metering Pump

Pneumatic metering pump incl. control by external 3/2-port directional control valve. Optional: Pneumatic metering pump incl. control by integrated 3/2-port solenoid valve

Metering Technology - Metering Pumps - Motor Driven Pumps

Ecolab - Model TurboPUMP - Dosing Metering Pump

The TurboPUMP dosing pump series is a range of electric motor-driven diaphragm dosing pumps for simple dosing tasks at low system pressure.
As an alternative to customary peristaltic squeeze pumps, the TurboPUMP offers all the advantages of diaphragm metering, such as long service life, low maintenance and metering accuracy. The asynchronous motor is protected against overheating by an integrated thermal protection switch. The use of a spring accumulator ensures a lower noise level and extends the operating life.

Ecolab - Model EMP IV - Diaphragm Metering Pump

The ELADOS EMP IV series of metering pumps is based on the building block principle. Devices of this series comprise the drive unit, the gear, the metering pump head and the electronics. Different electronic control variants guarantee that the pump may be adapted to any processing sequence for proportional or quantity metering. The scope of delivery is rounded off by practical accessories, so forming a complete range of equipment for all metering applications.

Metering Technology - Metering Pumps - Stepper Motor Pumps

Ecolab - Model EcoPro / EcoAdd - Diaphragm Metering Pumps

The diaphragm metering pumps EcoPro and EcoAdd represent a brand-new, globally unique dimension of industrial pump technology. Variable design and modularity are combined with an intelligent system that stores important information about the pump model. This metering pump is impressive owing to its particular knowledge of its type, pump head size and materials.

Ecolab - Model TurboSmartPump II - Stepper Motor Pump

The TurboSmartPump II is the consistently enhanced version of a tried-and-trusted Ecolab pump. For example, improvements such as externally accessible metering volume settings, a metering stroke indicator, and optimised setting accuracy in the lower dispensing range have been implemented. Thanks to the new housing concept with frontal arrangement of the pump head, the design is extremely compact. Using the U-connector included in the scope of supply, several pumps can be mounted, thus saving space in the array.

Measuring and Control Technology

Ecolab - Model Versatronic - 4-Channel Measuring and Control Unit

The measurement and control device Versatronic provides, in addition to the simultaneous processing of up to 4 measurement and control channels, also various communication interfaces such as RS 485, Profibus, USB, Ethernet. System statuses can be called-up via remote access at any time by an integrated web server.  A paperless recorder (optional) is able to record the measured-value trends and switching states during a period of up to one year. By using an extensive evaluation software, the recorded data can be analyzed and visualized comfortably.

Ecolab - Model EcoTrans II - Measurement Transmitter

The EcoTrans II measurement transmitter records measurements in a range from pH 0 to pH 14 and converts these into a 4 - 20 mA standard signal (pH 0 = 4 mA, pH 14 = 20 mA). The current measured value will be displayed by a LCD display. The calibration is carried out by using the respective buffer solutions (pH 4 and pH 7 for acidic media, pH 9 and pH 7 for alkaline media) by means of a calibration potentiometer.
