Econity - Model CF Series - Submerged Membranes
Submerged CF series membranes are categorized into C-type and E-type. CF series have excellency for easy O&M for operators. Drawer type design makes it to treat any size of flowrate such as small, medium system, and mega-size treatment plants. Name it for any size! In addition, such unique design leads to easy cartridge replacement.
Econity - Model PVDF - Hollow Fiber Membrane
ECONITY owns an unique fiber manufacturing technology including a stretching technique, which was internationally patented. As a single fiber, ECONITY`s fibers had showed the highest tensile strength and it permeability in the world. One of features, they are structured in asymmetric method, which resulted in higher removal efficiency of foulants as well as higher permeability. For example, ECONITY`s L-L TIPS based PVDF membranes were known to have showed much stronger chemical resistance than S-L TIPS and NIPS based PVDF. PVDF is used for CF-E type and PF series.
Econity - Model PF Series - Pressurized Membranes
Lager module: 10 inches of diameter, 90nV (969ft2) of surface area, Small footprint with lager modules: Capital cost reduction, Unique baffle structure is strong against high turbid water, Easy removal of foulants and high flux, Low O&M cost because of lower frequency of chemical cleaning LT2 compliant, Certified ANSI/NSF 61 Drinking Water System Components.
Econity - Package System
ECONITY provides a packaged system in a skid or a standard shipping container, which is so-called, "PLUG and PLUG," system. "Give me the water and power, We will treat it for you." Such packaged system includes a screening (drum), equalization tank, anoxic tank, aerobic tank, MBR tank, and the most fascinating control system (online view), along with disinfection system such as UV or Ozone (optional). Depending on customer`s needs, ECONITY can customize the process for biological nutrient removal (BNR).
Econity - Model HDPE - Hollow Fiber Membrane
Econity has manufactured hollow fiber membranes out of high density polyethylene (HDPE), without adding any chemical substances. Through a cold stretching, it makes amorphous pores and through a hot stretching, it leads to a great number of pores in appropriate sizes. This will ultimately help with higher tensile strength because of reorientation of polymer structure. Using a different crystallization effect on inside and outside pores of membrane surface, it should be reformed in asymmetric structure, which is a propriety feature. Such HDPE membranes were bom to have a broad range of pH and high durability, so they are utilized for domestic wastewater treatment and an array of industrial applications.
