Intake Facility System

ECOSET - Primary Screening Device

Prior to secondary screen, primary screen removes large debris such as seaweed, grass, plastics, and jelly fish. Then, secondary screen removes small debris that passed through primary screen in order to prevent damages to the main pump downstream. The auxiliary device, Stoplog, shuts off the influent of seawater within Screen Bay and Pump Bay and it is used when screen system and pump are under maintenance.

ECOSET - Screen Wash Water System

Screen wash water system consists of spray nozzle & piping, pump strainer, MOV and many types of vales. It uses high-pressure water to remove sticky substances that are adhered to the wire mesh panels on the secondary screen and transports the raked debris to trash pit simultaneously.

Rotary-type automatic screen is installed at the influent channel of wastewater treatment plant, drainage/stormwater pump station, intake facility, irrigation ditch, and sewage treatment plant. Multiple rakes that are attached to chains rotate around a central pivot of the screen and lift the debris captured/collected by the screen and discharge into a conveyor. This design allows maintaining not only the constant flow but also continuous removal of debris.
