Emission Measurements Services
Ecoxy is a leading provider of emission measurements, specializing in offshore and maritime sectors. Ecoxy conducts emission measurements on diesel and gas engines, gas turbines and boilers. Ecoxy provides accurate emission measurements to our customers, specializing in the maritime and offshore sector. Our expertise encompasses gas turbines, diesel- and gas engines, and boilers – both onshore an offshore. We deliver accurate measurements of NOx, CH4, CO, CO2, NH3, O2 and PM (particles). The measurements are made in accordance with IMO NOx Technical Code / ISO/IEC 8178 for diesel and gas engines and ISO/IEC 11042 for gas turbines. For processes on land we work according to the standards EN14789, EN14792, EN15058, EN12619 and EN15259 plus CEN/TS 15675. The gas analyzers used operate in accordance with the standard reference methods defines for each gas component as stated in the aforementioned standards:
EU ETS - Verification Services
Provider of accredited third-party verification of GHG emissions under the EU ETS regulation. Ecoxy supplies verification services under the EU’s regime (EU-ETS). We are an independent accredited provider and performs verification of your monitoring and reporting of annual greenhouse gas emissions. Ecoxy has been accredited (ISO/IEC 14065 and EU Regulation 600/2012) since 2014 and has carried out verifications of greenhouse gas emissions for a number of plants. Our client base includes a variety of onshore and offshore industries. Normally, it is required that the verifier visits the site each year. Several facilities have the opportunity to apply for waivers for visits to the Norwegian Environment Directorate. The application for exemption must be accompanied by a risk assessment carried out by a verifier. As a part of the verification services, Ecoxy also perform risk assessments.
Emission Measurements Onshore Facilities Services
Ecoxy delivers accurate measurements of emissions to air at onshore plants to assist customers in understanding their environmental impact. Ecoxy performs accredited measurements of emission to air of NOx, CO and PM from onshore plants in accordance with the requirements of national regulations, and for documentation of measures financed by the Norwegian NOx-fund. In accordance with emission permits issued by regulatory authorities, we measure and report emissions so that our customers can ensure that their levels stay within permitted levels. Ecoxy performs the emission measurements in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental regulations (NOx, CO, PM), and as a basis for documentation of measures financed by the NOx-fund.
