Welded Engineering Assemblies Services
ECS Engineering Services can deliver custom and heavy applications in a wide range of materials, including steelwork fabrications up to CE mark Execution Class 3 (EXC3). Custom designs can be formulated by customers and the ECS design office, with plans then being passed to highly qualified engineers. The 50,000 sq ft fabrication facility operated by ECS delivers the capacity to realise large projects. Equipped with laser cutting, plasma cutting, CNC cutting, milling, drilling and welding facilities; the ECS engineering team employs great experience to deliver even the largest projects on time and within budget. Utilising materials such as steel and sustainable composites, ECS offer the versatility to fabricate custom products to exacting standards for a full range of applications and environments.
Primary Structural Steelwork
We offer a full design, build and install package for structural steelwork projects, whether is for civil construction, building, architectural or free standing metal structural work. ECS has provided the steel work for some of the world’s most iconic venues, artworks, bridges, buildings and stadia, plus a huge range of small projects, both of which we are happy to take on.
Secondary Metalwork
While ECS Engineering Services utilises the latest in fabrication equipment, the business relies heavily on the great expertise and experience of its engineers. Skilled platers and welders ensure that any steelwork discipline can be carried out with the utmost confidence. This enables ECS to supply more intricate metalwork to support larger structural frameworks, such as facades, lean-to units and canopies. By specifying secondary steelwork from the same manufacturer, consistency is achieved across an entire structure, providing a truly complete solution for new buildings and facilities.
