Made with precision from high-grade alloy tool steel using our Ferramax process, our shear blades provide exceptional reliability and durability. The blades are suitable for processing non-ferrous materials as well as general and demolition scrap. They can also be used on high-capacity hydraulic processing shears in excess of 2,000 tonnes.

Our in-house manufacturing reflects the quality that the Made in Sheffield mark represents and is present in both our standard and bespoke shear blades.

We manufacture and stock replaceable teeth and blades to fit machines from the major demolition equipment OEMs including: VTN Europe. Arden Equipment, Allied LaBounty, Dudley, Verachtert, Mantovanni Benni, Kinshoffer, Caterpillar. When choosing an ETM manufactured demolition attachment, you will receive a product that is manufactured and heat treated in-house so that we can be certain our high-quality standards are maintained.

Using our technical knowledge and industry expertise, we are also able to manufacture bespoke parts to meet the specific requirements of our customers. Whether you have a rough drawing or detailed sketch, we are able to engineer a solution that will work for your machine application. We work with our customers to understand the materials you are processing and your unique challenges. We then provide you with an expert recommendation on the appropriate teeth or blade hardness and material grade for your application. This will produce a bespoke demolition attachment suited to your needs with reliable wearability that can efficiently process your demolition projects.
