edp - Conveyance Bagger

The PIM Conveyance Bagger is a semi automatic bagging machine. Firstly, an operator loads the bag onto the bag holder. Then, once the bag has been filled,the machine automatically sews the bag closed. This machine is coupled to a separate weighing machine which delivers the product to the bag holder. The machine can also be coupled to an automatic bag loading machine to further automate the bag packing process.

Manufactured in various configurations for bin unstacking, tipping and restacking. Completely custom made bin line that varies every time dependant on customer needs.

edp - 2 Tonne Hopper

The two Tonne hopper is most commonly used as a receival point when coupled up to the edp electric bin tipper for packaging and grading lines. It features a variable speed moving floor that delivers a single layer of product on discharge.
