The flame detector FL10 is capable of detecting within a few seconds a flame produced by a fire within its field view. It finds particular application in the places where it is assumed that a fire can develop quickly such example in the stores of petroleum products, paints, plastics, alcohols, etc.. The operating principle is based on the detection of the infrared radiation emitted by a flame. The circuitry and advanced electronic components used, make the detector very efficient and at the same time highly immune to false alarms typically disturbances natural or produced in the protected environment. The enclosure is made ??of polycarbonate self-extinguishing and has remarkable qualities of robustness and easy installation.

The flame detector FL20BX is formed by a special Optical Head made ??of light alloy, separated from the rest of the electronics (analyzer), explosion-proof Ex-d certified CESI. The Optical Head therefore allows for installation in environments where there is an atmosphere at risk of explosion and where the space available for installation are restricted. Important element is the fact that the optical head can be installed at a considerable distance from the analyzer (over 200m) allowing a convenient and easy installation.

The operations described above are carried on by the SCP04 Control Unit in very short times, with precision, in the right sequence and so definitely in the best way. The SCP04 Control Unit has been designed to be used together with our EV395 or SCL01 spark detectors. It can control up to four spark detectors. This unit automatizes all the operations and so allows to use the spark detectors in a simple and reliable way. Moreover the SCP04 Control Unit avoids the necessity to buy a lot of devices coming from different manifacturers and so the problem of coupling this eterogenous devices. The SCP04 installation is very simple and can be carried out in a short time.
