The WPC and PPC industry is still relatively new but has developed a lot of its own equipment over the years. With the MAS Extruder line we offer a co-rotating conical extruder that can combine the typical two steps of the blending of dried wood or paper fibers with plastic and the extrusion to profile in a single machine. This integration results in a greater reduction in required floors pace as well as in energy consumption. For the preparation of wood and paper fibers as well as recycled plastic film, we also offer shredding, cleaning and granulating equipment.

For the recycling of plastic we offer a wide range of solutions:shredding, separation, granulating , cleaning , extruding.

The recycling of paper and cardboard often requires a shredding process to improve the pulping process or to put more weight into the bale. The M&J Shredder line is very effective for reducing the amount of fines in the shredded product. For small volume applications we also offer the WEIMA Single shaft shredder. In many cases these units are used in smaller paper recycling applications were the material is baled. The benefit of shredding before baling is an increased bale weight, and we also offer separation technology to separate contaminates from the paper stream.
